+ 2 bodyweight exercises

This isn't anything new just something that might switch up a stagnant routine. Immediately after performing reps of a lift do a set of bodyweight reps to failure that uses the muscle you're working. Perform them slow actually feeling and using the weight of your body. The burn gets way down deep that at times might be hard to achieve if lifting heavy for example. So heavy bench straight to slow flexed pushups. Tri pushdowns to bench dips. Barbell curl to reverse close grip pull ups. You get the picture. Like I said it isn't anything new but at times we can draw a blank and get demotivated doing the same old shit.

I like post bolt I still do this guess its reflex now. how I started working out before AAS too. I did with my uncle in park. He would spot me go heavy weights then he had to push ups pull ups. back to weights he was a big mofo like u strong too. It was funny tho. when it was me n him. nobody else an he would put all those plates on bench. I had the look like damn, wonder if he knows I can spot him then he yells NEPHEW! Let me show how big boys do it just watch u stand right there as just moving like those shits full of fluff lol one of the reason I lift today.
Hell yea brother sounds like your uncle inspired you to lift like an animal!
Glad I read this. Been a while since I incorporated that and I literally was just thinking of changing things up to kill the stagnation and get a better pump. Thanks!
I need to get back into this, I have really been slacking in this area. Thanks for bringing this back up.
Ofcourse brother we bounce ideas around whether new or old to keep us from becoming complacent!
I do body weight exercises to .. But Everytime I do push-ups I have a guy screaming at me saying .... 1 tubby tubby.... 2 tubby tubby ... 3 tubby tubby ... Lol anyone guess that movie
Full metal jacket right!!?
Nope movie was major pain
Hahaha man I would of never guessed but now I can hear Damon Wayne's voice saying that. Jesus you pulled that one outta thin air!
I generally spend about half my workout doing body weight stuff. Usually in between sets.
Its something I've done before and had forgotten until recently. It adds a productivity to workouts that I feel might be cardiovascular as the heart rate stays up as well. Not that Im concerned about cardio but that's my way of justifying my lack of cardio lol. Gotta love the swell it gives too
Good ideas....bodyweight squats are a killer as well. Never been so sore as when I did 3 failure sets to conclude a leg workout. +1
Leg day today...utilizing that for sure. Jell-o legs comin up!
