ad

I recently found a few spices that I thought I would share. Maybe I am a day late and dollar short on this but here we go. Oh, All of them are sodium free and delicious!
1. Mrs. Dashes extra spicey blend seasoning is great on tilapia ..
2. Mrs. Dashes southwest chipotle blend, load it up on some chicken breast bake an enjoy.
3. Perfect pinch garlic and herb-- good on just about anything .. I make a mean turkey meatloaf with this stuff.

Feel free to share yours Smile

How about cinnamon. Did you know that cinnamon has been shown to increase cell sensitivity to insulin? That means improved uptake of insulin carried nutrients.

Funny story.. A few years ago I was making chili and as you may or may not know.. Chili power and Cinnamon look the same... Well I didn't look that close.. Four hours later when it was time to eat that chili that had been cooking all day long.. It tasted a lot like cinnamon... My sweet little family didn't say a word.. they ate it anyway.. Blum 3

Roasted garlic... put about 4-5 bulbs in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil @450 degrees. Mash and spread on a rib-eye for about 4 hours, the meat will turn almost black, wipe off the garlic prior to grilling, the garlic will burn n get bitter ... med rare bitchezzz Good stuff!
