+ 1 trying to bulk but i must be doing something wrong

ok so i am trying to bulk and cant find out what exactly im doing wrong so its time to ask the pro's
meal 1 4 whole eggs, 1.5 cups milk, 1 large banana, .5 cups oats, 1.5 tbsp peanu butter .5 cups yogurt
meal 2 1.5 cups white rice .5 cups cheese 1 cup beans, 6oz chicken 1 large tortilla shell
meal 3 10oz steak .5 cups green veggies

As USMC stated.... more healthy fat my man. A few Tbsp of Olive oil, Carapeli is my favorite, or some coconut oil... and bring all those .5 cups to a full cup.... and add some avocados, excellent source of fiber as well....
timing is very immportant.
Also WATER
I suggest timing your water with a swtopwatch if you have to, your body is made of 80+% water. drink 10% of your body weight in water every day ++++!!!!!
ex 200lbs=20 lbs water or roughly 2.5 gallon
40-50g protein shake berfore and after workout! I suggest Nitro-tech
Also I dont see much fat in your dieT!!!! fat is immensly important!
i would just throw a high calorie/protien/carb shake in there,30 minutes after wourkout
