"CHEAP MEAT DEALS" for UK lifters
ad
Thought I would share this with U all. We all know that cycling is not cheap at the best of times. And the weekly food shop can be a major contributor towards this.
Right now at the Iceland supermarket, there is some great deals to be had. Wild salmon, Atlanta cod, Haddock, Tuna steaks also chicken breast. This is just a few of the options. The prices are great!!!
No other supermarket comes close.
I hope this helps?

Go check out a poultry or meat packing factory.. Serious cheap at that end of the spectrum
+1
I go to farmfoods, the chicken is the nicest I've found out of the frozen lot. It's £10 for 3.25kg
Sweet for turning me on to farmfoods bruva.
I just found out there is one of them 5 miles from my house.
I'll have to go check it.
"IF YA DON'T KNOW, YA BETTER GET TO KNOW "
No worries mate, I get the catering pack chicken breast rather than the individual 1kg bags(3 for a £10) you get an extra breast then haha
Sounds good bruva. I'll have to check that one out.
bigmurphDo you guys have like bjs or sams club, costco. Over there
No we don't bruva.
bigmurphDamn i would go broke if I didn't have access to stores like that do you know what these stores are
I've heard of Costco. But not the others.
We have to pay through the nose for quality meat. So any deals going on, it's best to snap them up as and when
bigmurphHow much do you pay for a lb of chicken breast
Well the deal I've just posted was for 3lbs of chicken breast at £5. This is a real bargain cos u'd usually pay the same for 1lbs.
bigmurphShit bro i pay 6$ for 3 lbs but i have to buy 10lbs at a time fo 20$ i would be raising rabbits and eating them for protein or out hunting for free meat
That's a good price, still!
So now U can understand why I put the post up.
bigmurphDefinitely sucks over there your bloods can't get done on the net so they cost a fortune and your meats expensive you guys should move to the states
Sounds like a plan bruva.
I wanted to question about blood work. Ill pm ya cost it will be a bit off topic for this thread.
