EQ hunger!!!!!
ad
My belly thinks my throat has been cut!
Is this for real or what?
I've seen contradictory info on this. I'm at week seven on cycle so probably about the right time for this to kick in. Is it all just in my head? It can't be! I'm struggling to make it to three hrs between meals. I've tried adjusting protein and shortening the gaps between meals. Neither has helped.
I'm either going to put on a load of weight or is it a point of, I'm burning so many calories I'm going to cut?
There must be loads of views about this?
Damn it, I'm hungry again!!!!

I got no reason to lie.
You don't know me!
I already said my profile stats have been updated.
Why start another thread just to slate me?
Thanks to those with the constructive comments.
If you've shortened the gaps between meals you are going to be constantly spiking the metabolism as small meals or any meals to often will give it a spike and with the added EQ which is known for giving an effect of making someone hungry you are going to constantly feeling out for food..
As long as your food is clean and balanced then I can't really see there being a problem.
May be try larger meals and a longer duration between them, it will take a week or so but this should slow your metabolism down a bit.
Don't use to many shakes as meal replacement as that's not really going to help...shake in the morning when your body is catabolic for fasting during sleep and a shake after training ...as your body will again be catabolic from training any other time then real food
I use/used eq for the extreme stamina it gives me while lifting. Its not uncommon for me to lift close to 2 hours while its hittin. Im naturally a hungry mofo but eq definitely intensifies that hunger!
For myself, while using eq, I take in more calories easily but fat gain is controlled by the fact that training sessions are literally marathons.
Eq is versatile. If cutting and of low bf it creates increased vascularity and tightens you up. The stamina it gives is useful for pushing through workouts on a calorie deficit Id imagine....never cut with it. Like I said I use it for lifting alone.
Id say if it effects you like it does me, increased hunger, epic lifting sessions. Dont worry too much about overeating because if you're poundin the shit outta the weight, you should be fine. Im not saying eat double cheeseburgers all day but whole healthy foods in larger amounts. If you are honestly tearing your muscles to shit, you can only benefit from more food...imo...
Well, your weight really hasn't changed so 4k calories? Are most of those powder? 4k should be putting you ahead of the curve so in fairness....no, your diet is not on point so step back.
You're 6 ft tall and trying to bulk on 4000 measly calories, lol, Ya I'd be quite hungry also BRUVA (whatever that means)
EQ never made me hungry, but if you are on a bulk I would take advantage of it and keep shoveling the food down. If you feel you are getting to fat then I would put a little cardio in the mix.
This is why I question if it's the eq. I guess people react differently. I'm getting a real strong hunger feeling though bruva. I think I will just keep eating plus some cardio.
RustyhookerBust out some calories for us and foods chosen. There's ways to tame it. Typically diet. Current stats? Bulking?
Diet is good bruva.
Meat, veg and grains.
4000 calories.
85kgs/10%bf
RustyhookerSince your diet is perfect, guess im done here. Since I run eq about every cycle for last 6 years, I'm outta knowledge.
Week 7 and stats the same tells a lot too.
.. Height: 180cmWeight: 85kgBF: 10%
Just going to keep eating plus cardio.
Sweet bruva
Stats were updated yesterday.
That's actually a typical (for me positive) effect of EQ. This effect usually kicks in in week 7/8. And no: You won't cut a single pound of fat as long as your calory intake is too high bro. Try not to eat too much tho. Summer is around the corner
Ps: ECA could help.
For sure, the summers coming!
I've already recalculated my TDEE plus the same fixed surplus. So I'm on target. Just a bit of a struggle hanging on to the next meal.
