dont forget monounsaturated fats. recently i added in avocados and flax seed(already had natural almond/peanut butter and almonds) into my daily diet and it has definitely worked for fat lass. You wouldnt think that adding more fat into your diet would help but it works if its the right kind. I was able to up my calories by a few hundred a day and still achieve fat loss results
Yessir...nuthin wrong with fat, just like carbs!!...you just gotta pay attention to WAHT fats and carbs they are!!
What's the point of doing a cycle when you haven't gotten your diet down? Lol!
Are you replying to somebody?...if so, just look over to the right on the side of the posts...there's a reply button there, just to mention.
Hit complex carbs from wake-up to about 2pm...sometimes 1pm and can be 3-4pm, it all depends on your individual metabolism. With me...I lose weight if I cut carbs out too early, so I go with 3-4pm usually.
Complex carbs = OATS!!, quinoa, brown rice and black beans, certain granolas and muesli(make sure it is lower in sugars!), and apples are one of the best low GI fruits.
Green tea is good, give it a shot...go get the supp form of the extract and drink the tea too.
I am happy that you are asking about DIET instead of what compounds to use to get rid of your belly, lol.
Well i dont have much of setup dueing some issues happend and im on "Rest" so far for a almost a year, ive heard green tea is good to burn bf (ofcourse il start training again)
So you've not trained for a year? and im assuming your diet has been waay off.
Look at the forums - all the info is there.
