Post that diet and post your workout..please..
U need 2108 calories to maintain ur weight, which is without activity. With activity u would need about 3100, if your lifting/exercising regimen is 4d/week. Decreasing calories and incorporating a better meal plan is a wiser choice....look here below:
A good macros of protein/carbs/fat:
250/150-180/120
You dont need AAS, sympathomimetics or T3.
You are on the wrong path, but ur in the right place. Your goal to lose weight needs to start with diet modification, especially since u are limited on doing cardio. You need some weight resistance training, too. As far as drugs goes, u stand a chance of making your goals become unachievable, if u use anything other than diet and exercise.
Browsing and learning..."you are on the wrong path, but you're in the right place" nice brother!
Thank u sir...trying to keep it real...
I actually do full body work out every other day bench 365 I do alot of upper body do to the injury which just seem to pack on more weight and not really being able to cut as much fat as I would like any idea on meal plan thx again everyone for all the info
Help us, help you, modify what you are currently eating on a daily basis. Can u post up ur bfast" lunch.and dinner...post all meals..
At this moment I have nothing in stone or no real plan I follow egg white for breakfast and turkey bacon lunch usely nuts and maybe ham and turkey and dinner usely chicken breast broccoli
Looks like these other members have you covered. You need to get your diet in check and get your body fat down to 15% like mentioned below. Taking any AAS @ 24% you're not going to see any real results, it sounds hard but if you really want it you can do it. It's not about how much you weigh I can guarantee with proper dieting and training if you were to drop your body fat down to 15% you would look a lot bigger than what you are right now. Look at it this way you can't build a house without a foundation, AAS is just a tool not a magic pill..
I understand I'm not looking for a magic pill just hood information on helping me get back to those combat day I busy my ass in the gym so the effort is there but I will take your advice as giving thx
Madman I have use winstrol in the past and was happy with the results I'm about 24 bf and because o the injury can't do as much cardio as I would like to know just using some GNC product to get by and on a 2800 calorie diet to try and cut weight

Click on the link above a lot of helpful information regarding diet and training.
Thx I'll look into that
Winstrol only?? U should consider getting ur bf under 18% preferably 15% and consider using injectables such test e or c orals only u won't achieve much and are not recommended unless ur a female hit the magnyfying glass up top right corner a research beginner cycles or hit the beginner group of lots of good cycles and suggestions. Again focus on diet primarily before u start
X2..nice directions to find the info..
Yeah just winstrol I was new to the scene and that was in 2012 thank for the advice but also need info on reliable sources and the winstrol was injectable I was going to try the oral do you have a better suggestion
Glad ur here. This is a steroid review site. We dont give information about srcs in an open forum. Please take a look around. Welcome to Eroids.
I have took a look around but I'm not to fimilar eroids have so many supplier to look through thank for your help I will focus on your suggestion while I look for more option
With proper diet and training you should have no problem reaching your goals. Have you used AAS in the past? What's your BF and diet looking like?
Thumbs up brother..x2
Didn't know won't happen again thx for the head up
Okay...but u dont need aas bro...u need to lose some weight. Ur body fat will be lossed first. I gave advice on diet. U can walk for cardio. As u lose weight, ur knees may get some relief.
