Looking for a solid start too a list of sups
ad
I was considering using AAS but my source has recently decided too disappear, and I've decided too take that as a sign and maybe hold up a few years as I'm only 22. Long story short I have a bit of spare money and want too try too do a 12-16 week smashing all the good sups/proteins i can find.
Curious too what you guys use, and when do you use it.. Bulking, Cutting etc
Don't need too much detail into the supps itself I can do that party of the research but yeah shoot me a list
Cheers.

5 meals a day+ 2 or 3 protein shakes+ l glutamine, bcaa, vitamins and minerals, arginine, creatine. Also the training. check the training topic where i started to write a 6 months program for a beginner
You can definitively still improve without AAS. As of sups: multi-vitamin and protein would be the base. Glutamine, BCAA and Creatine work well. But the most important part is food. No sups will fix a poor diet
No AAS yet you still can grow a ton. I always use the basics protien, glutamine, creatine, bcaa multi vitamin and krill or fish oil. Eat a at least 3 protien packed meals a day and supplement the rest with shakes or protien snacks. Try to get 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. Train your ass off. Goodluck
Forget the supps bro honestly buy you some whey and casen protein and you will get you best Gaines ever from eating more and busting your ass at the gym ..
Is it against the rules to tell hin what protien brand you use

170 pounds. Food. Food....food.
What's your workout like? Macros?
I'll post past two days general diet @wanted have too take into consideration I've been working away past week ( late notice so pretty unprepared ) so I haven't got any protein :( still managed too find a decent gym though
morning 6am - 2x whole grain slices of bread
- 3x eggs
- usually a protein shake
Morning 9am - 300grams of Greek yogurt (low fat) with a cup of frozen beerys
Early lunch 11:30 - 300gram steak
- 2 cups of frozen vegetables (carrot, beans, brocolli)
1:30 ^ repeat last meal (usually a protein shake)
4pm pre workout meal usually consists of 2 eggs and a wholegrain slice of bread
6:30pm post work out
Half a bagel, salmon and cottage cheese
(Protein shake normally)
7:30pm steak, 2 cups of veggies and rice
9:30 usually snack on Greek yogurt and berries (with normally a protein shake before bed)
Usually would have sweet potato and rice with my meals at work.. Kinda hard when I'm away with minimal cooking utensils.
Besides food like the fellas said a good bcaa supp and some creatine has help me make some decent gains sometimes i like some arginine preworkout as well but those should only come secondary to lots of protien and carbs and healthy fats

I heard these work pretty good. Jk
Diet is going to be your best bet. Stick to your diet and as days go on try to add in another meal. I take in 5 to 6 meals a day and even have my alarm clock set for 1:30am just so I can chug down a protein shake.
Like mentioned FOOD
do yourself a favor look for stores or butcher shops. See where you can get the best deals on chicken, eggs and so on..
2nd. Id invest in a rice cooker. Buying rice in bulk and the cooker makes it easy. Plus in the slow cooker you can cook down spinach very easy..
This doesnt sound important now BUT trust me it all helps
do not mind using the slow cooker at all, will look into some good recipes Invloving spinach though cheers. I'm slowly working out cheaper and more effective ways too eat well. Butcher/fruit veg shops etc. trust me I've noticed the cost difference a ton.
Hey a good idea for you. Would be to post up what a normal days diet consists of. From the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. There are acouple guys in here that just from that could defiently help you get to where you need to be to reach your goals
Pounding the food is the best supp to apply brother
Yeah agreed, My diet is pretty clean.. I tend too pack on fat if I don't. Just need too up what clean food I do eat. Probably still up there with the 3000-3500 calorie range (most days)
