Joint supplement

ad

I have had great results from Animal Flex in the past. What opinions are out there about joint supplements. Main issues I have is shoulder and knee pain. Im notlooking for the miricle cure, just an aid to supplement with. My grandaddy also said "you gotta be tough to get old" I'm learning the truth to that everyday. Thanks.

Have you guys ever used shark cartilage?? I have a mate who's using it for his back he says its awesome!!
