+ 1 Tren pumps on a longer tren cycle

ad

Hi all

Anyone noticed that tren pumps disappear across a longer tren cycle?
Im doing a 20 weeker, and after about week 8 the pumps disappeared to a certain extent.

I did make a change though, was pinning a 2:1 prop ace:tren ace EOD
But felt some sides kick in, so took 12 hours out of the cycle, switched to pinning every 36 hours (EOD minus 12 hours), rather than 48 hrs(EOD)

sides cleared up. Can't honestly say that is or isnt the reason the pumps disappeared either.

Curious about others experiences...

I hope you are TRT already, 20 weeks is WAY to long for a tren-a run! Ive ran a lot of cycles but dont remember ever running shorts longer then 12 weeks. I have never experienced the sides you speak of.

reading quickly through this thread sounds like what you are referring to I get with D-bol, horrible lower back pumps. well i used to get, the easiest way to get rid of lower back pumps is to drink a blue monster while or just before working out, its loaded with taurine!

TBH with you I dont agree with this cycle you are running, its not very healthy!

giardap's picture

Cheers bro.

Yeah, something I should probably point out now, as I have reduced each gap between shots by 12 hours, that 20 weeks is coming down. Will get the calculator out and figure, but i think its going to end up being17 weeks or summat like that.

Tren pumps are killer mate. Horrific. Id get them from driving the car! Walking became agony at one stage.
All gone now though which is so weird, so I cannot try the taurine effect, but its appreciated as a tip and logged. Never got them from dbol, liquid or pills myself.

I'm guessing you didn't read the rules when you joined today!

Maybe it's not covered in the rules, what I was thinking is, at 21 it's not the protocol for you to be suggesting that in your opinion he try mast and eq. I realise you were trying to offer insight, I'm sure you'll get the lay of the land here soon enough. I made a few mistakes myself when I first joined.

From personal experience,

Being 21 im fkn sure everybody here will be taking your advice onboard (tried and tested exp)

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

Read the forums and learn eroids ways before jumping in with grams of xxxxx compound etc and the guys will chew you a new ass if you persist mentioning the word TREN.......... Just a heads up bro :/

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

but slamming me right off the bat isn't the right course of action.

Thanks for the advice but lets try this course of action instead.... BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!. Grow a pair kid, this is fkn mans world and i aint got time to fkn breastfeed you.

giardap's picture

And on that note, I'm off to read the rules again myself!!
lol
;-)

excellent .... heres +3 for attitude bro Smile

Bro, knowing when to speak and when to remain silent is important here at eroids and in life in general. When and if you should ever take a job with a big company, telling the senior executive leadership of the company what time of day it is as a new employee does not contribute to your longevity at the firm.

And yet another example of the youngsters just not having respect. When you get a light wrist slap, just walk away and learn, listen. If you think you are going to convince a living legend to see things your way you will end up like this maximus guy. Maturity, practice it.

PIN_CUSHION's picture

I saw him initially post on the trenbolone sticky and my gut said 21 year old before I even read it and sure enough.

Kids these days just don't know when to shut their mouths. Always have to try and have the last word.

Pale's picture

That was supposed to read "living legend" lol

giardap's picture

LOL, Nah they are all good bro lol.
Im pretty comfortable with where I am at with that!

you had problems like that with Tren cycles in the past yourself?!

giardap's picture

Jesus mate dont want it back!!
Sorry, think my post has been confusing. I should have been more clear from the beginning...

Im talking about the killer horrific, crippling, tren pumps. most people get the horrible tren lower back pumps. these fuckers make a mess of you. Other might get them in calves and cannot walk.

I got them, as expected (ouch) but then they disappeared (hurray)
I still get a lovely normal pump, no issues, everything is all good, just that the horrible nasty pumps disappeared. This is a good thing, trust me!

Im just curious to hear if anyone else has experienced this over longer cycles, or at all.

giardap's picture

Cheers Bro

Appreciate that mate. Have heard of using taurine, but never tried.
Fair play.

lol. we need some stats mate. you pinned tren ace for 20 weeks? damn. cycle history?

giardap's picture

lol sure mate! sorry, here you go!!!

37
lifting 12 yrs
10+ cycles over the years
~17.5 stone
~10/11%BF
last cycle: 2:1 pro to tren ace as per prev msg, so 200mg:100mg eod dropped to e36 hrs, + hcg, + mix of adex/aromasin as i get horrible heartburn, the shits (& anxiety from both when combined with preworkout stims - caffeine/guaranna) - + usual pct following

Curious on others experienced with the dreaded pumps.

TheFlash85's picture

no worries mate, cheers for that, thats a long cycle for any compound especially tren ace, you should get blood work done to see where your at, you didnt use caber, prami or bromo either. as for the pump dissapearing i geuss your body got use to the compound, train harder and switch it up a bit, so less weight more reps or vice versa, even just change grip etc, there could be other factors at play here though, high, low estro, prolactin, toxicity etc etc, when the "pump" stopped where you still making gains?

giardap's picture

Yeah mate I need the longer cycles, am a hard gainer
Had (always) caber on the side in case of prolac sides, no need for it as tweaking the time betweenshots ironed out the sides. Adex and Aromasin for water (anyone who tells you prop ace doesnt cauyse water reten or bloat is a liar)

Now Im not talking about normal pumps here, but tren pumps, for example, the lower back pumps you get when walking or even sitting - when they get bad.
If you've thad them before you will never forget. They are vicious when they get going. Can easily ruin a back session for example.

TheFlash85's picture

oh ok, i misunderstood, taurine bro, it works for shin splints and back pumps, get your kidneys checked also mate. i dont like the part about the "hardgainer longer cycle" part.

giardap's picture

cheers fella, bloods all good so far, had them done before, once during and will go again couple of weeks after the pct is fin.

The pumps disappearing is a good thing. I was just expecting to see them through to the end.

re: hardgainer, no need to worry mate, its just a comment on sustainability really. both regarding strength and mass. Such is the way with or wihough a cycle. But, gaining to fast, i.e. short cycles, often leads to limited gains. Im hyper sensitive to carbs too, so playing with CKD at the moment too.

I really don't like the way that sounds but it's good to hear that your blood test was OK. How was your creatinine level specifically as well as your BUN and your carbon dioxide level in particular? There is also an eGFR number as well - how does that look? I hope the blood panel you did tested these things that I have mentioned in particular - if not there is a problem. I know a doc can draw blood and not test for these things and simply tell you everything is fine - not good when that happens. When u are using steroids - u must become a master - highly sophisticated in ordering the right blood work and knowing what all the numbers mean.

giardap's picture

Crikey, now you're asking.
I remember creatinine was high but the ratio was somewhere in the middle. It was expected due to the cycle and heavy lifting. I would have to dig it out to see what else was on it, I honestly do not remember carbon dioxide there but would need to check. I remember cholestorol was a little high for the 2nd test, and I sort of expected that with the tren but discussed with doc and its soemthing to watch but not medicate for unless there is a spike on 3rd which will be watching for. While I havent taken any meds for it (cholest), Im working on the chol with yoghurts containing sterols when carbing up.

re: the doc, he is a GP but with a sports background and a number of lifters I know go to him and openly discuss what they are doing. Now he doesnt advocate or support, but understands and works towards the health goals, if that makes sense. Top be completely honest mate, Im pretty fearfl of; 1) Cholest probs, 2) libido probs, 3) Gyno etc. 3) the unknown, so Im taking every precaution I can think of. Thing is I dont know it all, and cannot do my own bloods, so thats why I went to the doc,

Dickkhead's picture

What I was after with my questions was specifically your kidney values. One of the biggest problems that can creep up on you with steroids is elevated blood pressure that early on can destroy your kidneys along with oral anabolics. I have my own blood pressure meter that I got from the pharmacy and as I introduce different drugs on a cycle I watch it very closely. It certainly sounds like you have the right doctor but I still recommend you get your own copy of any blood tests and that you learn how to read them. When I do a heavy cycle, I draw blood every week - used to be every 3 weeks but I've gotten even more cautious. If I wait too long I risk - the damage has been done - suffer the consequences. That kind of flexibility is available in the US. I realize that can't be done everywhere so easily. Started a cycle with some anadrol about a month ago and serum creatinine skyrocketed. Stopped the drol. Not worth taxing my kidneys for a cycle kicker. I'll wait. Cholesterol issues are a constant battle as so many of the AAS compounds just wreak havoc with the numbers. Libido issues - that's all over the map with steroids. Best of luck on that. Gyno - if you're prone their are precautions u can take, in general just watch your E2 (Estradiol) levels - a form of estrogen. But then again, you need regular blood work to monitor your estrogen. Relying on how u feel is not gonna cut it. And, u can get non estrogen related gyno with 19-nortestosterone (nandrolone) and its derivatives like Trenbolone. Need to use dopamine agonists with the 19-nors. Many athletes end up knowing way more about steroids and steroid related health issues than their doctors. I just wanted to make sure that what you are interpreting as lower back pumps is not some sort of kidney inflamation.

giardap's picture

Solid advice fella. Thank you for asking and for explaining.
Actually my BP spiked at one stage, turned out to be aromasin, so I am cycling that now.

It's hard to describe the tren pumps, but im pretty comfy sayinig its not fully in the kidney area. more central along the spine for the lower back pumps. They also crop[ up in my calves too for whatever reason which I think is a little less common.

Thanks again mate, will come back following the 3rd set of bloods with final values.

giardap's picture

Aye well the food is good, my nutrition, timing and supplementation are all reasonably solid.
