+ 2 put a diet in your cycle log!

ad

This isnt so much directed towards the vets around here because you wouldnt have gotten to where you are now without having the proper diet. But everyone that is posting about your first cycle, put your detailed diet in your log! You will not meet your goals without having your diet tuned to coincide with them. It should be an additional criteria to go along with age, weight, bf, height cycle history etc before advice is given. If you are giving advice about a cycle, make sure you focus on diet as well instead of just making sure the compounds are right. For all you know, the person posting the log might think that the test they are injecting will simply get them to their goals. You know this is not true but they don't; so dont paint that picture by solely giving them advice on what compounds to occur. Im not saying that all people do this because I have seen some awesome diet posts with tons of useful information but lately I have seen all this advice given to first time cycle logs with little or no attention given to what the person's diet plan is. anyways, thats my little rant...

Very nice observation, and +1 for that. But us vets can't hold there hand and do all the work for them.If they want this bad enough then let them research cycles AND diets. After they have done all the research they can then come to us and ask questions. Nothing in life is free and your greatest accomplishment come with a price.

You have it right though. You can have a killer cycle but without a kick ass diet the cycle means shit. I understand what you were trying to say. That's why I bumped you.
