Proposed Cycle after 2 year layoff
28, Male
Weight: 73kg / 160lbs
Bodyfat: 10%
Height: 180cm / 5'10 (not sure if I've converted it correctly from feet and inches)
Lifting experience: 9 years
Bodybuilding, strongman, powerlifting, boxing, wrestling, 5k running/10-15k fell/trail running
Notable achievements: 95kg overhead press, 175kg deadlift, 175.5kg squat, 95kg bench press, 19:30 5K and 15:05 in the gym, a few 1000ft+ intense runs - all at around 72-75kg BW
Previous cycles: 8
Few examples:
600mg Test E e3d + 50mg Dianabol = 12 weeks (Dbol for 6) - 9/10 FIRST CYCLE
800mg Test E e3d (on its own) = 12 weeks 9/10
600mg Test E + 300mg EQ = 12 weeks 8/10 anxiety sided unbearable with EQ despite it being an amazing drug
1mg Test E + 400mg NPP = 12 weeks 7/10 GOOD
Compounds tried: Test A, C, E, PP, P, Tren A, E, H, Sustanon 250 (bad side effects), Test 400 blends, Test 500 blends, Dbol, Var, EQ, Deca, NPP
Preferred cycle: 600mg Test E (on it's own) = 12 weeks
Second choice: 600mg Test E + 300mg EQ = 12 weeks
Love EQ but gives me panic attacks after a few weeks in, confirmed after several attempts but gives similar results
Diet: Chicken, lean beef 5%, oats/honey, frozen veggies, Turkey breasts every now and then, rice, pasta, no alcohol, no other drugs, regular water intake, Vitamin C booster 1000mg+Zinc, tuna, Cod Liver oil capsules, occasional mass gainer (Optimum Nutrition) when can afford to boost cal intake, Multi vit tablet, BCAA complex
Daily Caloric Intake: 3000-3500kcal
Goals right now:
+ Increased muscle mass (no set weight target, just bigger)
+ Increased strength
+ Increased aerobic strength
+ Increased anaerobic strength
+ Increased flexibility
+ Triathlon Ready (partially there now, consistent training throughout the year, no extensive time off)
+ Sub 17 minute 5k
+ Endurance
+ VO2 Max 60-65 (Currently about 54 as of last check)
+ Limit water retention, so no heavy cycles and no compounds which will cause unwanted bloat
+ Want to be able to balance LBM gain with steady improvement with cardio
+ Look better aesthetically as have lost weight as can be expected from 2 year layoff
+ Overall conditioning
+ Recovery benefits/Libido/Drive/etc
Proposed Cycle:
Week 1 - 4: Test Prop @ 150mg e2d, Test E @ 300mg e3d
Reason for Test Prop: Reach peak test concentration levels prior to peaking for Test E. I also shutdown pretty quick and dont enjoy the shutdown before the peak of the Test E and so envision adding Test P to counteract shutdown and provide quick onset of increased test levels
Week 4 - 8: Test E @ 300mg e3d
Week 8-12: Test E @ 300mg e3d
2 weeks after last pin: PCT
Nolva @ 20mg, Clomid @ 50mg for 4 weeks
Notes: I'm aware I will get water retention regardless due to the nature of Test E but can keep this minimal by using an AI, namely anastrozole at .5/1mg depending on severity of sides and staying away from high sodium content.
Plan to keep additional high blood pressure and potential cholesterol issues down with cardio and good diet, something I enjoy off gear anyway and consistently regardless of what I'm doing.
My main aim is to reach a peak level of fitness before I hit 35. Reach a high level of cardio fitness especially but not so bothered about hitting any really heavy PRs in the gym as I have reached respectable stats for someone who has never gone beyond 80kg and competed.
May want to add EQ in as it's been great for both lean mass gains and increased RBC and overall cardio improvements. Only downside as stated is the anxiety and onset impending doom I get from taking it for longer than a few weeks. Had to call an ambulance out a few years back due to me losing my mind and thinking I was having a heart attack. Read it has something to do with increased adrenaline and EQ. Not sure if I want to run the risks again but is a possibility
Cheers folks. Have a good one!
Looking for some support, feedback, advice, recommendations etc

I think ur trying to do too much at once. At 5’10 you should have much more weight and much bigger lifts with ur history. But I get why they’re low cuz you’re trying to do everything. Pick a goal and attack it. Unfortunately you’re not Superman. Even with steroids. This is proven thru ur weight and notable accomplishments. Eat more and focus on one or two things st a time.
If you’re not trying to get bigger and stronger than you are, I don’t see a need for “assistance”. And I think there’s a lot of work to be done without, even in those areas.
I was thinking ... cross fit .. when I read the goals.. but who am i?
Oh yea. Fair enough. I always forget about them. I’m a dummy.
lol... no you aren't
I wish that was true lmao
PcushionMan you have to be the only person on Eroids who writes longer posts than myself.
jayiskLmao..,
at least he used paragraphs . Not just one long manifesto...lol
PcushionHell naw you got me lol
Lmao. That’s hilarious
Haha too much writing? Sorry guys. Had to address my requirements and I feel best to put more info than not enough and be vague. Thought I might also add I am currently training naturally and so the lay off is not a lay off from working out but a lay off from steroids. Sorry didnt make that clear in the original post. Cheers
At that weight and height, something is off. You should have a lot of room for growth naturally. If you're stats are accurate, you need to correct your diet and the components that are holding you back in your natural growth. Steroids may give you temporary gains but without your diet in check, you will lose it all.
I'm not looking to get big, just more lean mass and increased performance in different areas but 100% agree on the diet side of things
Fairly small frame mind so for me 75-80kg is fairly big. I've been upto 90 before but didnt like the extra weight when doing certain things, and I was fairly lean too. I've kept a fairly substantial portion of my gains from my last cycle and shape and strength. Not able to reach the 1RMs intra-cycle but not far off. I'm training for peak fitness more than anything and I'm probably posting on the wrong site considering my knowledge of eroids is that its primarily bodybuilding and strength sports but that's cool with me cant hurt getting some advice either way. Had a lot happen over the last few years and so the discrepancies you highlight are probably down to life changes more than anything else. No matter how much I put into my workouts I'm not getting that same edge I was getting when on gear.
Wouldn't mind a boost to get me closer to peak performance so that I can remain there and achieve some goals I have in mind. I'm not far off the times I got in running, rowing, swimming back then and in terms of shape I've not faired too badly and kept alot of my definition considering the transformations you inevitably go through when off gear for long periods of time. Without training naturally I'd be 60-65kg, small joints, wiry frame, skinny physique etc for me where I'm at now is a massive improvement compared to my frame without work on it so life changes or not I'm fairly content with where I am but wouldn't mind that kick to send my training into overdrive!! Understand what you mean though... focus on diet, technique, calories, consistency etc all that is in check. Strict diet most of the time and has been for 5+ years without any layoffs on that front. I go wild at the gym, high intensity workouts, throw in cardio every other day ie sprint intervals, treadmill 5ks, street 5ks, fell/trail runs, indoor rowing, swimming. Do a lot of time under tension, paused reps, 8-12 rep ranges, minimal rest to increase conditioning. Everything seems alright. I'd probably put a lot of the reasons why I'm not nearly as big as I could be down to my cardio output but that's just my preference, when I was aiming for 200kg squat at 75kg BW I was strong and thick but wouldn't say I was fit like I am today. I'm skinny dude, not much I can do on that one haha now just want to cruise if you get me, hit some goals, maybe gain a little mass, nothing amazing, nothing record breaking, nothing extreme but mainly increase my cardio in as many areas as possible
Tldr
I hear ya, to each his own. I give you credit for putting so much thought into it. Good luck with your goals and stay safe.
Have a look for a member called pounds23, I think you'd get on well with him Bud.
That's a lot of writing lol. It seems like you are overthinking and have too many options here. Keep it simple as possible!
You're getting ahead of yourself. Gain back naturally most of what you've lost, it will happen quicker than initially gaining it. Take advantage of your natural growth first. It makes zero sense if you start back after 2 year right away with drugs. You need to recondition your muscles and ligaments first, running a cycle will increase the risk of injuries. If you suffer an injury due to your body not being ready for that type of growth that quick, an injury would set you back much further potentially.
It appears you have put some thought into this. I'm just suggesting you reconsider your approach that in the long run will be safer and may get you to your goals sooner, actually.
Bloody hell I'm exhausted now, off for a quick lie down after reading all that... lol Joking aside though, it sounds like you don't tolerate steroids very well if you are calling out ambulances because you think you are dying on E.Q...
Personally if I were you I would just stay natural, you can still easily lift more than what you already have done in the past if you concentrate on adding another 10 kg's to your frame. You'll be much more relaxed and focused in training, as well as in life - so you'll progress further long term.
