Equipoise cycle advice
I've been having alot of success running NPP and Test P - but I noticed that I get a little bloat with NPP even with an AI and now I keep thinking about EQ. I just look better dry... I get moon face easy
I'm 6 tall 197 34 years old. I eat around maintenance and I do alot of cardio...aspirin and a little GW pre-workout. I would like to get to 180-85 and add as much lean muscle as possible.
The first 1-2 NPP cycles I ran, I went from 220 to 192 and look bigger and more vascular so I know what I need to do I just want to know what to expect with EQ. I know I'll have to give a pint here and there thru my cycle. I also plan on having NPP on hand just in case I feel the need to add on a little size... I love what it does with inflammation too -
What you guys think of EQ @ 700mg a week with TRT for 20 weeks? What should I expect?

As Ive been told, make sure you run eq for at least 12 weeks, 16 is more like it. I ran it for 500mg for about 9 weeks and didnt notice anything that i havent before. I was on a handful of other compounds also, so maybe thats why maybe i should have run it with just a test eq to see how id react. But shit... 6` and you wanna get down to 180lbs..... Im 6 and I was tiny(imo) at 180-190 and 10ish%bf. Its your body, do what you want. But Id say add a little size bro. Its winter. I hate the round face myself thats why i was gonna bulk on test tren but said f it.
BandoleroThanks for your input. I need to be light on my feet and make weight for boxing that's the reason why I exercise and it's easy to get side tracked with how I look. Once I get my BF low enough and can comfortably run 5-7 miles I'll consider bulking just need to make sure I have the gas tank to back it - it's such a helpless feeling when your out of breath inside a ring... All the muscle in the world means nothing I hate that feeling
frank0777for me equipoise is used for cutting cycle, but I see lots of cycles for bulking with this molecule.
results depends totally of diet but if diet is good, it's all good
That cycle will depend completely on your diet and training. You can drop the weight you want just with diet and cardio. It doesn't sound like you even need the eq. I personally love it for adding clean size and it also really helps it's my cardio. Probably my favorite compound after test
BandoleroI eat maintenance which is around 2150 calories a day most of it comes from protein should go without saying. Gym time is split 50/50 between cardio and weight training. I do about 45 min of cardio at a time when I pick it up I'll do an hour. I've been eating and training like this for the last year.
My problem is when I get the muscle I want which I have right now, bloat comes with it and you can see it in my face right now. I want to keep what I have now just minus the bloat.... I believe the EQ can also take my cardio up a level..
My man.. you really need to re evaluate your diet. 2150 cals is your maintenance? That's absurd. Using what calculation? I'm 5'6 and my maintenance is 2600.
BandoleroI'm 34 and 6 tall so last time I calculated it was I think 2200 or 2300. Either way i try to eat a little under it and do alot of cardio so I end up shooting for a -600 to -800 calorie deficit. I am recomping here
You are way off base here. Your TDEE would be at least 3200cals. Also a 600-800 cal deficit is not going to result in a recomp, that is a cut. It will burn off fat but not result in any appreciable muscle mass.
Are you actually logging your cals and macros or just winging it?
BandoleroI just recalculated with TDEE calculator and it says 2350 calories a day based on my age height weight and working in a office all day. Logging my calories for sure and not to strict on my macros. Maybe I should refer to it as a cut.
My last experience with NPP went so well it looked like a good recomp
How many a days a week do you work out? That is what you need to account for. If you sit in a chair all day at work then go home and sit on the couch the rest of the evening then you would be sedentary, so be sure to account for your workouts. If you work out/cardio 5-6d/wk then you are on the upper end.
Bandolero5 days a week 50/50 between cardio and weights. My goal is to be in a deficit to get my BF under 11 % ... Whenever I make progress it becomes obvious that I start to loose muscle. Protein and fats are high...
Then your deficit is to great. If you are losing more than 1-1.5 lbs/wk then you are losing to fast and likely sacrificing muscle. Keep the weekly loss around that guideline and you shouldn't be losing much if any muscle.
BandoleroGotcha. I'll make some adjustments and work at it. Thanks for your input Mak
He's right on point with that info. I eat 3,400 to maintain and I'm now eating 5k to bulk.
5'9 212lb
I've never gotten any bloat from eq and it really does help with cardio
BandoleroI forgot to mention that I'm on NPP right now...... In your experience would EQ add on muscle weight? I have ran bold cyp before but don't remember adding weight.. just trying to get an idea on what to expect with muscle tissue... I am hoping that I can switch to EQ and preserve my gains, and drop bloat water and fat.
EQ will take 6-8 weeks to kick in so I wouldn't just switch. You'll have to add it on top and then time out the npp stopping point. Funny because it sounds like the cycle I start tomorrow lol
BandoleroHow is yours gonna go?
