ATP supplements
ad
Anyone have any experience running ATP supplements and if so how does it work for you?
ATP as in Adenosine Triphosphate.
I am thinking about adding it into my Cardarine and SR9009 stack but I dont know if its worth it.

Just take some creatine.
BandoleroMakes sense but would you recommend creatine for someone whos not on cycle and strictly cutting body fat with nothing but cardio and diet?
Definitely, especially if you are doing any sort of HIIT.
I had this same opinion in the past. Lately I have read some legit peer reviewed research that indicates it would be counter productive during a cut.
When consuming creatine it actually causes a shift in substrate utilization. Your body favors burning carbs and reduces the rate in which fat is oxidized. If this is true, which it appears to be, fat loss would significantly slow down.
I'll stick with my experience and still recommend creatine as probably one the best legit OTC supps to take whether cutting, bulking, on-cycle or off cycle.
BandoleroMy only worry about it is water retention & bloat which is why im not cycling for a while until I cut up more.
Do you think bloat will be an issue that I can deal with?
Creatine is osmotic and pulls water into the muscle cells. It is not subq water retention which is associated with bloat. It Will make your muscles appear bigger and harder, the exact opposite of bloat, and they will perform at a higher level, .
BandoleroCreatine/ATP is supposed to have synergy with SR9009 so I think Im gunna play with it and see what happens... Thanks Mak
Are you talking about some supplement crap you buy from a GNC or that liquid I've seen on some sources sites?
BandoleroPeak ATP is the actual name of the product...
Over priced garbage.
