Reverse over year old gyro
ad
I have about a quarter size lump that is tender and hurts.
I have nolvadex and letro on hand.
I was wondering if I should run letro for three weeks then shift to nolvadex for a few months to reduce gyro.
or should I run nolvadex only.

Have you seen any reduction in the size of that lump? I've dealt with a flare-up before and decided to crash my estro and saw a large reduction within the first week. Unfortunately, the longer you wait the harder it gets to treat. Plus, the larger the growth the harder it gets to fully shrink.
Yes I have noticed it went down a tad, it was the size of quarter and went down to nickle
I’m six days in on 2.5 . No sex drive what’s so ever , but def manageable
I love gyros!!
Should have hammered that gyno right away instead of waiting so long. Maybe to late now but you could try something like this. It is not going to be fun.

Thank ive read this numerous times ,
My question is : do I have to continue the Letrozole until lump is reduced , or should I run Letrozole for three weeks or so until it renders estrogen useless and then start Nolvadex .
Well, if the lump is still there after running through the protocol than you are probably out of luck.
Thanks how long do you think I should run the Letrozole, until I should give up and just accept the lump lol
I've never had gyno and needed to run this protocol so I can't really give you a time frame. Hopefully someone who has ran it can chime in on how long it took for them.

basskiller89Letrozole inhibits new estrogen production. Nolvadex blocks selective estrogen receptors in the breast tissue. Both will help prevent gyno from further developing in different ways. I would say letro is your best bet. Due to the half life of estrogen being anywhere from 12-24 hours, you're most likely going to want to run letro for a few weeks while your total e lowers. IMO, that's your best option in attempts to reduce the lump size
This is why blood work is very important. You always need to have an AI on hand and get blood work to understand what you're E levels are doing
Thanks I appreciate that... yes I wish I could just get blood work whenever I wanted . I hate the inconvenience of having to go to doctor for lab work . Any suggestions ?
basskiller89I have told my Doctors many things:
1) I'm starting a new diet high in protein and fat in attempts to lose weight. I want to monitor my blood work every 4 weeks to make sure I'm not doing anything damaging. You get one shot at this because after the doctor sees your blood work they will know what's going on and most likely refuse to help because you lied
2) I'm taking pro hormones which are legal. They are going to raise my test and e levels. I want to have blood work done every 4 weeks to monitor my body and stay within normal ranges. I'm taking legal peptides to help control estrogen and I would like to have accurate readings to help dose my peptides properly
3) A take on the second. The same scenario except you've hired an IFBB professional coach to help you prepare for a NPC show sometime in the next 8 months. Together you'd like to have blood work done so you can make sure your dosing is appropriate and that you're within normal physiological ranges
Lastly you can order blood work online for under $40 and go to Quest Diagnostics and have them draw blood for you. If your insurance will cover blood work I see no reason to pay out of pocket expenses for it
Had a friend came up with a knot under his nipple. Got so painful he couldn't wear a shirt. He had to have it removed surgically. The doc said it wasn't gyno but a cyst. You should get it checked by a doctor woman aren't the only ones that can get cancer. Not to scare you but I would have it checked
Thanks . I highly doubt it a cyst of any sort . But I’ll keep that in mind if the lump doesn’t dwindle .
It’s tender still so I think I may have a chance to reduce the lump.
Why did you wait a year. I dont understand
Yea I have had issues before but they usually disappear over time. I think I’m screwed with this knot . Not sure if letro nolva will help . Do you think it will help reduce ?
When was the last time you ran a cycle?
I ran a test cycle over a year ago and ran nolva for pct . Ever since a nice knot under one Nimple . It’s quite annoying and hurts .
