I've read some forum posts regarding the Nolva-Progesterone concerns. It supposedly aplifies the sensitivity to the progesterone receptor, making sides that much more likely. IMO I would never and have never used nolva on cycle for anything ever. So I can't corrulate any personal experience to back this theory up.
I will say that I have used AI extensively and through trial and error found Aromasin to be my choice of AI. Aromatase Inhibitor use while on cycle controls the estrogen levels in your body and frees up test as well. AI serves a purpose in any 19nor cycles, the lower the estrogen in your system while running 19nor the lower the chances of having prolactin/progesterone sides. It is all connected and an AI will decrease the need for a Prolactin Inhibitor like Caber or Prami. I found that Caber is the compound works best for Sexual sides from Deca or Tren. I have never had signs of Gyno so I am lucky in that regard. With high runs of Deca I did experience ED and learned that caber always did the trick. Prolactin Gyno is gnarly and staying ahead of the sides is key, trying to reverse them is a battle that can be won but lactating nips is something I never want to chance. Run the AI and get some Caber on hand so you have all of the neccessary tools to fight any issues that might pop up.
