Estrogen seems high

Hey everyone just looking for a little help. I did blood work and estrogen is at 61pg/ml looking to lower it some I don't have gyno or itchy nipples . How much adex would be enough to lower it but not crash it? Thanks

Alphamale500It might take a lil bit of trial and error. I'm not just gonna spoon feed you, so once you find a good starting dose through some research, you'll have to work from there with bloodwork to find a good dose for you.
Some people may say that they feel fine with this level or that level above normal. But imo, anything that's out of the normal range for estradiol(e2) levels is not where you want it. More importantly, even having an e2 range just a little higher than normal can be detrimental to your health, especially to your heart and cardiovascular system.
You may feel fine or even great, but what's going on inside your body is a whole different thing. Imo, your e2 level should never go above 40pg/ml which is the high end of the normal range.
Thanks for the information I agree with you 100 percent. Higher levels can even increase prostate cancer and cause problems down the road. From some research it looks like a good place to be is around 20 to 30 PG/ml

Alphamale500Yeah, I think that anywhere from 20-30 is great. Even up to the high 30's is acceptable. But imo, once you get to 39 and over, that's a zone where you really don't wanna be. I mean, that's the reason that they make the "normal range" levels. This way you know when you're in the normal, healthy range and when your level is out of it.
Btw, what are you using exactly? That's obviously a big help in finding a good starting dose for arimidex.
I'm using test e 400mg every 10 days. I'm not going to use adex ended up ordering aro instead. I hear 12.5 on the aro every other day to prevent estrogen from crashing
Alphamale500Yeah, I have much more experience using arimidex so I'm not the best person to give advice on this. I also have some aromasin and plan on switching over from arimidex. I actually had it for a while now but just haven't made the switch yet. But from the things that I've read about it being healthier for your lipids and such, I do wanna make that switch very soon. Go slow with Adex and redo bloods in a few weeks. Estro crashes are not fun!
400mg every 10 days if your going to pin every 10 days why not try 200 every 5 days to keep you at more stable levels. every 10 days is probably making your levels all over the place

61 is not so high imo, I'd feel good with this value, mine is actually 53 and I feel great.
But more details please:
- E2 before cycle?
- Since how many weeks on, dosage, compounds...?
- Do you have any other typically high E2 symptoms?
- Ari is not the best choice if u ask me, I always prefer Aro, start with 12.5mg per day and check level 7-10 days later again.
- With this dosage you are safe against an E2 crash.

Seems any thing more than 16 has me having hot flashes. And my nipples glow in the dark.
My trt doc has me on .5 Alex 3 times a week on 140 mg a week. I wish they would give me aro. But act like prescribing it is a felony. I don't like Adex seems I'm either itching and swelling or my shoulders have sand In them.
Wow bro, here we see how different people react to hormone levels, when I have 16 I'm sure I feel like crap after an E2 crash! I know a guy who has a value of 97 an he feels good!

I didn't have any blood work done prior. I've been on trt. for years and started doing my own thing due to the fact that my former dr had me on half of a cc every 2 weeks and I felt horrible.
What was your initial e2 at pre-cycle?
