constant red face and hot flush POST CYCLE.

here it is, ive finished my cycle, taken my appropriate PCT and now im suffering with a really noticeable red face and nose. It looks like a lupus rash across my face. it gets worse wen im agitated. I can actually feel it pulsating. im becoming really self conscience of this. Does this sound like a hormonal issue or something else?
also don't feel like my balls have come back to full size either could this be a contributing factor? low test estro rebound or something?

100mg test p ed 6weeks couldn't get an ai only had tamoxifen and I know it just blocks estro. so u think could defo be high levels of estrogen then? will get bloods done asap. think I need a good break from aas for a while to fully recover been hittin it hard.
tamoxifen citrate doesn't block estrogen mate, just binds to certain areas, to stop it from attaching such as behind the nipples, it fights for the spot and prevents lumps, my guess would be fluctuating hormone imbalances, I suffered from flushes and body temperature fluctuations my self during pct.Im not a doctor, it could be some kind of allergic reaction to something, maybe not even aas related, definatley go see a dr about it, then post back and let us know, good luck buddy, cheers.
You need to get a blood test sounds like high estrogen what was your cycle, did u run any ai on cycle?
