to all fellow juicers 1st prop cycle advice

quick question here about my prop cycle, im using alphaparma testorapid at 100mg ed. (I don't know if naming the lab is against forum rules If so I apologise in advance).

the first 10days I gained 10lbs, of what im not sure muscle? water? fat? glycogen stores? extra blood? who knows. but now on day 12 my gains have come to a halt nothing at all, infact a loss of a pound. what is happening. my diets on point high protein, quality carbs and fats and lots of. I don't calorie count but I know I get about 1000cals in breakfast alone so im defo hittin over 4000 cals and im eating proper meals all day. I am dedicated to this way of life.

am I expecting abit much to see gains every time I step on the scales? starting to let doubts creep into my mind about diet, training gear etc.

so from your experiences with test prop, what d'yall think.

thanks for feed back guys, Im taking 100mg test ed and protein is 300-400 grams a day, as much as I can eat really. start off with a good breakfast of 100grams protein, find it easy to get the rest in throughout the day with meat, fish, beans pulses etc. the odd shake gives me abit of a boost too. training 6days , 1body part a time. mite be important to mention that I was recently ill and I lost 14lb whilst living off of painkillers. I have chronic arthritis.this is an ongoing uphill battle I mite add. that's the reason ive taken up lifting. improve posture etc now im addicted Smile I was thinking that my muscles may have been very depleted after the last episode of arthritis. and this weight gain is nothing to do with the gear?

just as a quick side note as people might find this interesting, I have found that while on test my arthritis is 100% better. I read a study a while back on testosterone being a modulator of the immune system and I can tell you it works for me.

While this isnt an answer to your question, you mind giving us a cycle log? Like what you're taking, doses and for how long? Good to see you're true to your diet, I think thats where most people fall short. Takes more than juice and lifting to put on weight.

Body weight changes over the space of a day for me. I lose a kilo during my sleep. Due to training with renewed vigor you may of lost some BF which would explain the weight gains steadying out. Stay with it.

Trying weighing yourself once per week, always same day of week and time of day (preferably first thing in the AM), wearing the same amount of clothes, and after taking a shit and piss. This will help you gauge total weight changes better. Weighing everyday throws you off bc your weight fluctuates with meals etc.

It's not uncommon for me to drop a good 5 lbs or more in the turlet. Js
