When to take dbol and anadrol

Just wondering if you were to take anadrol or dbol should you take them both with or without food? Also would it be better to take them all at once or spread it out throughout the day?

I hear all sorts of combinations for these two, so ill share my way. It'd be nice to know what your desired dosage is. I use 30mg dbol and 100mg drol daily. I take 10mg dbol in the am and the remaining 20mg pwo, if it is my resting day 10mg split three times morning, afternoon and evening. Drol is run 50mg morning and evening.
I won't run this combo as a immediate kickstart to a cycle either. I will front load my test e and run the oral combo week two, or I use prop from day one while test e gets stable.
I take anadrol/dbol in morning and night. In middle of my meals I'll stop and take my orals/supps/etc. . Best time for absorbtion rate.
I always like to take any orals with a dose of fish oil or any other EFA's if I can't take them with foodfor for some reason. I heard that it helps with the absorption rate. Or stick them in blob of natural peanut butter and take them. It is better to spread the dosages out for more stable levels.

Half life of dbol is 3.5hours so i take my dbol every 4hours or so. I take three a day, always on a full stomach.
Also... Dont take them all at once...

First dose on an empty stomach, second dose it's not gonna matter if it's with food or not because you'll have food in you already anyway.
