I pinned my delt for the first time Monday and up till today it still really hurts my whole delt is a little red but should I worry about itair s that normal for your first delt shot because when I hit the glute for the first time it didn't turn red and wasn't that painful

Hey bro I took 1ml of 600 supertest and 1/2 ml of 400 deca and my delt swole up like a grapefruit red hot the whole thing totally fine now I wouldn't worry about it at all ibuprofen and super hot water in the shower and maybe heating pad if you need it!!
I agree with Irish. But since you are new to this, I will ask did you heat up your oil before hand? Did you heat up your delt with a heating pad, rice sock etc. Also welcome to Eroids good to have you. Some other advice post your stats height, weight, age, etc. So that when you ask for help people will be able to give you more accurate info when it comes to aas usage.
Yep I took a hot shower before then heated the gear with a hair dryer then used a heat pad right after
Well I would chalk it up to virgin muscle + high mg concetration of test = Good pip.
put a cc in the other delt.. youll forget about thaat one!
I use a 25g 5/8pin and I only put a half cc of test 400 in it

Virgin muscles...that's PIP, sir. Make sure you are being REALLY clean...wash your hands thoroughly, swab the vials with alcohol pads, and your skin with alcohol pads. I usually swab the area TWICE BEFORE I even inject, and after obviously..then band-aid.
Could be the solvent/carrier oil that is in your gear too...sometimes it can cause a localized reaction in certain pin areas. I know the gear I am using right now, I can't pin my quads...everywhere else is cool. Which is weird because I was pinning TNE in my quads last cycle for a pre-workout, lol....didn't hurt at all.
