Delt pain and redness

Monday I did my first delt shot but the next day it tuned real red and sore now it has spread to my tricept being red and sore now do you guys think I may have hit a nerve or do you think just because it was my first shot there and my body is just getting use to it but it's getting better every day now but just wanted to know why that happened

Yeah bro I pinned 800 mg in my delt and the whole dam thing slid down to my bicep you will be fine it was swole red hot lumpy all of the above for a good week I used ibuprofen and a heating pad and scolding hot water in the shower like 40 mins at a time!! Was you pin a few more times your body will get use to it!!
I don't have a fever but do you think I should use a 1 inch needle
Hot pad and benedryl. Sounds like pip into virgin muscle. It's a bitch! Like CA said keep eye on it.
If it was just pip then it shouldn't be red there must be somethng else going on then right? Or is that normal for first time in delt. And also should I use a 1 inch or a 5/8 for delt but because i have bigger delts should I use the bigger needle
ive gotten a red streak down my tricep if a little bit comes out when you are taking the needle out...i think its just sitting sub q like cahardcore said. usually goes away in 3-4 days with me
I used a 25g 5/8 inch but I have big delts but I thought it would be good enough I only put a half cc but I don't know why it would spread to the tricept I didn't feel it hit a neve when I put it in that's why I don't know what went wrong
