I am on my first cycle of test. It has been 7 weeks and I am not seeing any changes. I pump hard 6 days a week and eat healthy. Any ideas?

So what is exactly is your cycle then??
Previous experience??
Rustyhookerno need to thumbs down the dude if hes asking a proper question and not being disrespectful.
First cycle and not gaining?!? My first cycle of test 250 @ 500mgs/wk for 12 weeks BLEW ME UP! I gained approx 32lbs (not all muscle by any means) but still. I agree that you probably aren't consuming enough calories. That or you think youre training hard enough and you arent. Or your gear is bunk. Its hard to believe though you arent seeing the physical changes yet. Hope you figure it out. Id sit down and outline my whole week and see where in nutrition, training, and sleep that i am lacking. Adjust accordingly.
Btw, every suggested bloods. Yes, do that. This will tell you if your gear is accurately dosed as well as your overall health. Please tell me that you already have your FULL PCT in hand!
DOUBLE POST
People actually think just takeing gear will do it. It doesn’t. Double your protein.
At 500mg per week of sustanon which I'm assuming is what you are taking, even with your Keto diet at 7 weeks in you should definately be getting some strenth gains with the short/medium esters. I'd say your gear is bunk...
Ah right my mistake - thought it was sus. At best I guess he'll only start seeing something around minimum week 5 then. Congratulations on your new tag - Think you've just hit 400 right?
RustyhookerIve not yet seen keto bulk.
7 week and nothing ..... Are you training correctly? Do you have proper nutrition? Do you let the body recover? 6 times a week do you prepare for MR.OLIMPIA? Ask yourself these questions.

I am on Test 250 cypionate for 7 weeks now I take 2ml a week. . I am planning on doing a 12 week cycle. However I am not seeing anything after 7 weeks . Physical change. Just feel stronger. What is the average time it takes to start seeing results. I train hard 6 days a week, and have a healthy full diet
Gotta fill in the info for extra help. 150g protein is barely enough for a 120 pound kid
Hashtag1981Why is 150g not enough ? 1g per pound is the usual formula...i try to eat more , but not not easy.
Rustyhooker2.2g per kilo is low. We push our body to grow well beyond genetics. Im supposed to be 120 by height weight charts. 250 a day is easy. But thats why folks hit 6 or more dense meals a day.
When folks freak out because its not 3 meals max.... after 4.5 billion years on the planet, weve been hunter gatherers. Foragers. The refridgerator and desk jobs changed eating patterns. And food types.
Per science we can only digest 40-50g of protein per sitting. Keeping carbs constant avoids insulin spikes unless needed...12oz coke a cola works great pwo.
Basically folks forget that atheletes use and burn and need more. Which is why forums are chalk full of 6ft 175 while the 6ft tall folks on here like gymjunkie is 300. Or viking at 260. Pmob.... etc etc.
Hashtag1981I see..yea meat protein is harder to digest steak or pork... Kidney beans , eggs and cheese seem to be more efficient for me.
RustyhookerDefinitely find your personal mix that works. With a houseful of kids i gotta get creative with frozen chicken breasts. Definitely enjoy beef, pork and fish to keep it creative.
Hashtag1981been utilizing slow cookers for meats. Easiest way for people like me who are not creative lol
RustyhookerCrock pot here is awesome! We cook a lot of Mexican style dishes and can control the salt content with spice. Chilie colorado is a favorite.
Im eating about 3000 calories, 150G of protein and about 160G of fat. Basically on a keto diet. I'm eating and and always hungry.
If your always hungry then your not eating enough.........
Eat till the sight of food makes you feel sick....then eat some more
Too less, up your protein and carbs!
Too right - Protein and carbs are where its at if you are aiming for mass & strength. Keeping things simple and consistent and not straying from the plan always works the best
And if your at 7 weeks do a blood test
4 calories in a gram of protein so 150g x 4 = 600cal
9 calories in a gram of fat so 160g x 9 = 1440calories
2040calories - 3000 calories= 960 calories unaccounted for .
Carbs are 4 calories a gram so are you eating 240g carbs or more fat and more protein that you've stated ?
Are you trying to gain weight or lose weight?
Eating healthy really has nothing to do with gains while on cycle. The big question is are you eating enough.
