+ 1 Receptors

How can you tel if you need to take a break in the sense that your receptors aren’t functioning the way they used to function. With any drug you build a tolerance how exactly does that pertain to gear. I was sitting around and overthinking as usual and started thinking about how the body builds a tolerance to gear and how do I reverse this if this is the case. You know how we get, we always think we need more or we aren’t seeing the results we expect. Expectations vs reality.

anvilThis is true about the myostatin but its for a matter of weeks and then it returns to normal levels. The way to raise myostatin levels is intense training, it is believed that's why it goes back up without you having to do anything for it. I am sure Sparta's link is going to explain it better.

Good shit anvil
@anvil and @23Sparta will NEVER steer you wrong. They’ve helped me drop some of my antiquated mindsets.
Aye, that’s back at you Drex. Same goes for you
anvilAnd this is how we grow! Look how much progress you have made just this year alone brother! Love ya @Drexyl
Right back at ya!
It’s good that you were willing to change. Many are thick headed.
These days staying idle is no better than falling behind. Always be welcoming to productive change and criticism. This applies to all aspects of life bro
anvilBruh this is the way. You don't have to do a metric ton of gear to be 200 lbs, so it just depends on the goal. Just like these people stuck on linear cycles and use that cycle planner. I use blood work as my guide and so does @23Sparta .we both coach/train people for the love of the game. Not money, and we post up pics.
Be glad to help in anyway we can, always!
Exactly, my compounds, dosages, and lengths are dictated by health markers, necessity and quality of life.
That’s good to hear. It’s about time info like this is out. I never see anything about this topic except let the receptors clear out. Now I’m more motivated.
anvilYeah just up the food or reduce depending on what the goal is, evaluate training , then adjust gear.
Yes we do make new receptors no doubt but like you mentioned above, with certain drugs the body does tend to adapt or eventually need higher doses. I hear guys saying you have to use x amount of gear to really make gains and that's bull sheet! Not the case. Everyone is different and I've said that time and time again. It's like this...if you can make good size and strength gains while running lower doses and avoiding certain side effects why not? It only makes sense to me. I chose that route as well as others. But hey to each their own. Yes receptors are made new but personally I give my receptors a break but that's just me and it seems to work. Ya gotta find out what works for your body and not someone else's body like Sparta and myself always say. Hope that helped and nice seeing you around again.
Good to see you as well Dee. I been working like a bitch but now I been getting freed up a little more. Always quality input Dee. Thanks buddy
Thanks bro. I've been busy myself. You always bring good posts and questions to us. Now go make that money!!

Very interesting
Seconded. No such thing as a tolerance for testosterone. Your receptors are never down regulated.
Thanks for the clarification 88
Thank God people are finally talking sense on this subject, I've watched this Bro science bollocks for years about how you build up a tolerance and have to come off so that your receptors become 'fresh' again LMAO Its quite simple, a certain amount of gear will get you to a certain level and then to get beyond that level you need to increase the protein synthesis rate assuming you are eating as much as you can, then in turn you get to a higher level. Again disproving the fact that you can simply run 500mg Test per week Forever, and keep growing and growing and growing!! Nope .....
Hey buddy it’s been a while. It’s good to see you still doing well. All you guys put some great info out here for me. You know if you search there is so much conflicting data. I’m happy I put this up now I’m confident that it’s a mental block and not physical. I always here how good I look but in the mirror I always question myself.
Kinda like saying if you keep eating the same 3 meals per day will you keep getting bigger for years to come, no you will need to eat more to gain more size.
anvilDefinitely not there's no 255 guys doing 500 test, unless they hyper responders. All my guys are 750 or higher. And food intake has to match.
