Am I cooked?

ad

Boys… am I cooked or can I still cook?
Been on straight TRT doses for about two years, recently decided to put the foot on the gas. Currently mid-cut: 1700 cals, ~800 deficit, surviving on chicken and spite.
Running 100mg test c every other day.
Just got labs back and the highlights are:
• Total T sitting at a comfortable 1593
• E2 at 73
• TSH deciding it wants to be the main character
• RBC and RDW already starting to look a little spicy
• FSH/LH on a permanent vacation
Basically my blood work looks like it’s been mainlining gear and energy drinks.
Now I’m debating adding a secondary. Looking at Primo or EQ (yes I know 90% of both is fake out there, I’m not delusional).
Do I dial it back, keep pushing, or just lean into the chaos and see how high we can get the hematocrit before the lab starts sending me personal letters?
Drop your honest opinions, roasts, and protocol suggestions. I’m all ears (and apparently all estrogen).

Drink more water and keep an eye on your total platelet count. Once that goes above 5-600 than yes the high hema can be a problem. Nobody wants to be pumping ketchup for blood. Dhea is tanked! What's your age? Either way your hemo isn't that bad. It's when the double h and platelet count are all elevated out of normal range that could lead to some problems. If you're going to supplement dhea make sure it's micronized. I would feel like dog crap if mine were that low. But I'm also pushing 50 so it's crucial to keep that one in check for overall well-being.

51 hematocrit is rookie numbers

Im lying LOL, but you still got room to push. Just keep an eye on it. Estrogen isnt bad either if you are symptom free.

How long have you been "foot on the gas"? That would help form an opinion on adding another compound

How long have you been on 350 test/week? How long have you been in a huge deficit? I’d wager high TSH is from the huge caloric deficit assuming you’ve never been diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
