+ 3 How I learned to love Clenbuterol

ad

This is for those of us that have had a poor reaction to Clen in the past and wrote it off. I never got past day 1 with the drug because it made me feel awful.
Recently I was laid off work because of wildfires for an extended period of time, out of money and out of retatrutide and still holding a satchel of Clen.
I took some time off the gym, off diet, did a lot of camping and exploring, and admittedly drank lots of beer and ate junk, getting a bit soft.
I started cutting around 20-22% body fat and have gotten down to estimated 15% so far with no signs of slowing down. Clen is not a magic pill, I've weighed and tracked every bite of food and trained my ass off, including 30 minutes of hard riding on the bike daily. The same results could easily be achieved without clen over a longer time frame with less risks, do not think it is without risk.
Came home and locked in on diet, training and recovery - which did the majority of the heavy lifting on my recomp.
HOWEVER, I decided to give clen one more try.
Most forums suggest starting at something like 20mcg, which I found intolerable. I started at 6.25mcg, could handle it fine and kept that dose for 5 days, then went to 12.5mcg for 5 days, then 25mcg for 5 days, then 37.5mcg for 5 days, then 50mcg for the last 20 days.
I have maintained almost exactly 170 pounds the entire time on 2100 calories while DRASTICALLY leaning out, from no abs to six pack and striations starting to show.
All lifts up and the side effects are very minimal, slight shakes and caffeine sensitivity and about 10bpm higher heart rate.
I am supplementing lots of potassium, magnesium and taurine to help with any sides. No cramps or other noticeable side effects.
Other than that, 200 test and 200 primo.
Clen felt like the devil before, but I have learned that a true low and slow approach was necessary for my biology.
I hope this might help someone.
25mcg off the rip was waaay too much for me personally, but now 50mcg just exists in the background.
Stay on top of your hydration, electrolytes and monitor your blood pressure, mine has gone up.
God bless and happy cutting.

What's your fat content then and now the leaner you are the more intense the sides.

edit your post to reflect your correct dosage so some fat kid looking for silver bullets thinks this is what he should try

Ive never tried clen. I generally dont like the feeling of anything with stimulating effects, minus one or two things. Youve tickled my curiosity tho. Ive got a box thats been collecting dust for a while.
With winter coming up... I'll probably save em till next spring/summer but... im eager to see I react. Its been a while since ive tried anything new.

Yeah, if stimulants usually don’t sit well with you, I’d be pretty cautious with it. Curiosity is one thing, but feeling awful for the sake of testing something new isn’t really worth it. Waiting until later and thinking it through sounds smarter.

Interesting read. Sounds like the slower approach was much easier on you, but that 10 bpm increase in resting heart rate still isn’t nothing. I’d probably keep a close eye on blood pressure and heart rate, especially since clen can feel “fine” while still putting stress on the cardiovascular system.

Good that you’re paying attention to electrolytes and recovery too. The body recomp part is impressive, but it also sounds like getting your diet and training back in check did a lot of the heavy lifting.

All clen is doing is putting you into a deeper calorie deficit and slightly* helping retain muscle mass.
Its wholly unnecessary, diet and training and recovery are everything.
I just like trying drugs if were being bluntly honest.

I thought I was gonna have these same reactions when I started at 20mcg, but nope I was fine and I ran that for 2 weeks then bumped up to 40mcg. The first few days I was for sure jittery and had some hand trembling but it went away within a few days. Have now been on this dose for a little over a week now. All in all it’s going pretty good and I do like clen overall. One question though how did you go about being broke and homeless to getting back up on your feet and getting back into the groove with the gym and gear again? I feel like that would fuck me all up mentally, and it be rough. Sucks to hear you went through all that misfortune bro.

I haven't been homeless recently lol
A year ago I went through a divorce and spent 3 months living the hobo life, but I had money. Kept up a gym membership and was actually having a beautiful time after a while, camping in absolutely gorgeous places daily and exploring the world.
There's something that most won't ever understand about having next to nothing, its freedom. Time is the most precious thing we have and having it in abundance shows you who you really are.

Very true the more possessions you have the more locked down you become. It can become burdensome after a while. Consumerism can be the fucking devil for sure, still feels like a double edged sword though cause even though it shackles you it also brings comfort. It is nice having nice things, I was homeless before for about 1 month, but I was young about 18 and it sucked ass. Can’t say I had the same positive experience you did, but good on you for seeing it as a glass half full instead of vice versa.

Being a hobo with a nice car, nice camping gear and enough money to relax makes a big difference.
However during covid I walked almost 1500 miles without a dime and had a great time. God always provided, people were kind and I saw things most won't ever.
