Evigen Vitamin E Injections

ad

Has anyone ever taken Evigen E injections. What’s the ideal dosage and frequency? I don’t see anything online for humans only animals.

I'm pretty sure most of these guys here aren't too familiar with vitamins and minerals. First off vitamin E is good but it is a fat soluble vitamin so it's stored in fat and also breaks down slowly as opposed to water soluble vitamins like vit c or b complex, these are in and out of the body. Also vitamin c taken orally has a maximum oral absorption of 500mg for dosages over a gram. Injections will result in higher blood levels of any vitamin than taken that vitamin orally. Again you have to be careful with fat soluble vitamins, they can become toxic if taken too much.

Thanks Dee I was reading a bunch on it and the shut I read said the same that E will build up while C & B12 are in and out quickly. I’m hoping the C will help with the severe tendinitis. I read that it’s very good at healing.

For tendonitis something anti- inflammatory like fish oil could possibly help too. As far as b12, it's water soluble but it is stored in liver for awhile too but it isn't toxic

I got some very good Krill Oil from Pure Vitamin Club.

Good deal. Good oil that's high in EPA, DHA, Choline and antioxidants

B12 is stored in liver for years

Yeah excuse my girlfriend's behavior below, as she is on her menstrual cycle lol. Midol time ! The lil 3 foot girl loves my attention too. Lol but yea vitamin c is good at healing. It helps with forming collagen which is the material for tendons.

Just be careful with the Vitamin E mate, its one of the few vitamins that can be Toxic if you take too much of it. It can thin the blood too much resulting in a stroke and internal bleeding. They recommend NOT to take more than 1000iu's per day - not sure what the ampoules are that you have. That total is made up from both foods and supplements. I bought some a while back in pill form as its supposed to be an excellent liver protector and they are 400iu's each. I never dare take more than that personally.

I would think injecting vitamins is better for our heath than juice. I’m taking B12 and C shots. I gave this E and interested in seeing if there would benefits for me. I’m not on any juice right now.
