I had posted this earlier but couldn’t find my source to it was taken down and rightly so. I heard of the thing called mTOR, Its fascinating. I never heard of it but I’m sure some of you haven’t. If you are one that hasn’t this article may be very interesting. I don’t know under which forum is should be posted. I wish there was a health science forum.
