bigmurphThanks to all for the advice i have decided to not use nor 19 gear until I feel it is last resort but once again thanks to all
I've run Deca for this purpose for years! 200mg a week minimum now but I'm over 17 stone. I'm not one for suggesting orals unless someone's already planning on it, although I've an avid oral user myself. Most people do the old bulking Test, Deca, dbol, I use Anadrol instead of dbol partly as powerlifting background so I'm usually lifting heavy, but the Anadrol kicks in much quicker for joint relief than Deca. Obviously this is once researching impact and negatives of orals. Some people can't do them, some can! If you're experiencing joint pain already, as the guy below said, Deca may help but will only be masking possible joint issues. maybe worth checking in with your doc and looking into Glucosamine & Chondroitin, fish oils etc. One of my old training mates went docs and was told was onset of Arthritis so I'd get it checked out first.
im taking 300 mg a week along with test. Im using it for joint relief. Its only been 2 weeks though so nothings kicked in yet...
It will start kick after week 4 and you know this , but anadrol kick faster , but honestly I use npp for joints too it's more safety than the deca shit.
200mg a week for joint relief is a good amount and what most people recommend. Just know it will suppress your natural test production, so you will have to augment with injectable test.
75mg is enough. 30 years ago, 200mg of deca a week was a full blown cycle.
bigmurphNo i would run decca with test e and t-bol or d-bol the test with t or d bol is my usual cycle
Low dose cruise or on cycle? Ive considered using deca as well but haven't as of yet. I lift Yates style heavy and instead of adding a compound, have started wrapping elbows/needs tight during compound lifts and then remove after the set. Might help, does for me
Your running nothing else but the DECA solo?
bigmurphThanks for the advice fellas i might just go without out it but if my joints really need it im going to go with the 200mg dose
Thanks again
200mg a week is plenty for joint relief with maybe a tiny bit of extra gains without any real sides
WadeBEEMy problem with this is the fact that Deca will only mask the joint pain and in the long run, will end up ruining your joints worse than it already is before you started. Plus when you come off Deca, your joints will feel horrible WAY worse than it already is. Deca will allow you to push heavier, but is the damage really worth it? Be responsible and leave your ego at home while on deca because it is very easy to get hurt while on it. Have you tried Glucosamine MSN Chroindontin and Fish oil for the joints? if not I highly recommend it.
I agree with you. You really have to be careful and not go crazy just because your joints feel better. I go with a very low dose (around 150mg per week) and that does the trick for me, but I'm very careful that I don't go overboard.
The supplements you mentioned help as well and should be added before anyone tries deca.
150-200mg a week should be plenty for joint relief which I have ran in the past and helped with my joint relief. You might want to keep caber on hand just in case for prolactin as this is your first time running deca, but running such a low dose you might not even need it.
YungJocI've ran deca at as low as 300-400 mg a week and noticed joint relief
These doses you mentioned can be full deca cycle for a beginner . 200 mg per week enough for joints relief .
