Blood work timing

Would it be ok if I didn't fast before getting bloods done? And if I did it in the evening instead of morning? I am currently on cycle (600mgs test e and 750mgs primo per week), just doing routine blood work. Nearest lab is 2.5 hours away and I work 530am-630pm m-f in the summers. I have an opportunity to get a half day tomorrow and do it in the evening. Would it be a waste?

If your testing lipids, glucose, you want to be fasted.
Thank you. And do you know timing for hgh injection and igf-1 test? Get blood drawn 3 hours after injection (for testing peak)?
run your GH for at least 2wks and then just pin your normal daily dose of GH on the day you test for IGF. No special timing requirements. The 10iu 3.5hrs before bloods is for GH serum levels which isn't that useful.
