Century sets (100 reps) Game changer
ad
I saw a tik tok about doing 100 reps of light weights. Start with a weight you can do about 30 to 50 reps then keep going down til you hit 100 reps. I did this as a finisher, for my bicep workout 2 sets, ....Game changer... my arms were so sore and big after. More than any other bicep workout I have been doing. I woke up this morning and biceps are still bigger and fuller than normal. I am going to start doing this as a finisher for other muscle groups. Do any of you guys do this or recommend doing it?

Fun for shits and giggles but that is about it.
Theres a kid on YouTube my kids watch, paid a bodybuilder 1$ per rep with one pound weight and supposedly he did like 20,000 reps or something crazy, dude handed him a pile of cash

I feel it varies but it’s always good to alternate. I started doing that somewhat for biceps because I fucking hate training arms and it does work for a pump. I’ve always felt volume training with low rest is the way to go except for squatting but you can do different variations as well. It all depends on the individuals goals.
I used to do this to start my back and bicep day. Pick up a bar and curl it 100 times to warm up. If you can make it to 50 without arms seizing up your a savage
