Losing weight
I recently started xt labs test enanthate 300 twice a week Tuesday and Fridays so I run 600mg of test a week. I also just started dragon pharma anavar 75mg per day split into 4 doses. My weight 4 weeks ago was 193 lbs and now in the morning I am 185 lbs. I did change up my diet and I am eating nothing but grilled chicken and sweet Patatoes and broccoli or asparagus. I eat 3-4 meals per day and I get full every time I eat and then I am hungry again in a couple of hours.
My question is should I be losing lbs on the scale with what I am running? I do like what I see in the mirror and I do look shredded but with anavar I thought I was supposed to either maintain my weight while cutting or gain a few lbs of muscle. I am going to get my labs drawn Monday morning so we shall see if this test is really working or what's going on. I switched test brands 4 weeks ago from Balkan to xt labs to see if there was any difference. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Track macros, work on getting the weight down then your cycles will be more effective just my two cents. Clen and ephedrine and gold friends.
Anavar isn't going to maintain your weight while cutting and it especially won't put on a few pounds of muscle while cutting.
bighulk3012You won’t lose weight if you aren’t in a calorie deficit.
PropheticWookieThe simplest and most important advice is a calorie deficit. Without looking for magic
Yea I bet I am in calorie deficit because I went from eat fast food meals that were 1,000 of calories to eating grilled chicken and sweet Patatoes. I just need to eat more I guess but it's hard I feel like I eat all the time.
bighulk3012You need to count them, if you aren’t counting then guessing doesn’t work. Too many variables. If you’re trying to gain that’s a different story, I’d start with 500 above your maintenance calories and go from there.
With all the apps and stuff they have now it is so easy to count macros and calories. No reason not to now if someone is serious about gaining or losing weight. Just pissing in the wind otherwise.
bighulk3012Exactly bro. I love cronometer personally but some people use my fitness pal. I was like that in my early years, guessing. Some weeks I’d lose and some I’d gain. Gotta count calories to be successful.
To take it even further these new fitness watches can track your daily cals. I may have swing in calories of over 1000+ between one day and the next depending on my activity level. If I would just assume my TDEE is 3000 cals I am going to be way over some days and way under others. Adjusting your daily cals with activity level is the way to go with these watches now. I find them to be very accurate and the process of gaining or cutting is much quicker because you are using your actual TDEE for that given day and can adjust cals accordingly.
bighulk3012Very interesting. Which fitness watch do you use? I had no idea about that but I’d be very interested in that.
I use the Fitbit Charge 5. Has meal logging built right into the app and compares it with your current TDEE.
bighulk3012Nice! I’ll check into that, that sounds amazing.
Just count your calories?
