I got a kit of BPC and KPV to make sure I was stocked up. A few vials of the KPV were almost empty. Like the powder just vanished, but vials still sealed. Messaged the owner and he replied in about 2 minutes saying a replacement will be on the way, so I added a kit of Reta as well to also stock up on.
I can’t say enough about the customer service. Shipping is fast, communication is 10/10, cost effective products. Thanks again PowerPeptides!

That’s solid customer service. Mistakes happen, but replying in a couple of minutes and sending a replacement straight away is exactly how it should be handled.
