I’m keeping simple just running test e 350 week now. Next cycle same probably higher dose or add primo, Provi and or something else but less and simpler for now see how react the best. Test has been awesome.
RustyhookerWont need to add more. Getting bloods...dial e2 in and eat/grow. If youre not lifting well, theres no muscle to repair. Roids is only a recovery method
Yea about to get bloods back in afew days. Lifting , eating like a beast and can see gains even early on whether that’s just me upping my workout / diet or test kicking in. If at the end I’m happy with just test e results then yea might not be a point to add more. Tempting though.

Thanks for all the input everything helps and I take it all to heart. I’ll put the breaks on cutting and focus on my bulking and seeing how this cycle turns out, maybe I won’t need it. To early to tell. Anyway So far so good and taking advantage, smashing workouts and food in equal parts --
You are currently on a cycle, it makes no sense to worry about something in the future when you can achieve it today. This is not a race.
Yea true , I’m just researching reading trying to get more educated input helps for future plans. Winn, Anavar, seem to be cutting but even searching on here can be hard to get clear answers. But you are correct I am getting ahead of myself , should focus on the most I can get out of this cycle which is just starting and as far as size, muscle and strength increase am already impressed as early as it is. But not definition which I guess would be why this subject came to mind.
If you are only 170 at 5'9 surely you want to be bulking still and not cutting? When I was 170 at 5'8 I didn't even look like I lifted in my clothes. Took till at least 190 for that to happen.
Yea this is for future cycle I’m trying figure out good cut after bulk. Currently bulking cycle eating like a machine.
Molinin302What are your goals? Will you post a pic of your current physique at 10%BF? I mean, where are you trying to be and what are you trying to do? Single digit bodyfat levels are not healthy to maintain, your body needs nutrients.

Single digit body fat is hell on the mind too! You talk about self hate, i fucking damn near hate everything at sub 10%.

Yea why upped gym time/days and food diet plan. Bulking now this is for future reference after this cycle or next I’m not sure best cut cycle combo. Safer and less the better in my opinion but all opinions welcome.
If you haven't ran many cycles before, you stick with a test cycle. Test can be used for either bulking or cutting. It is diet that determines whether it is a cut or bulk not necessarily the compounds you use.
