How to gain lean muscle on 500mg test?

ad

Hey guys,
I try to gain lean muscle since a year now using 500mg test/week. I will continue the test because i feel great on it without any sides.
I gained 6 kg at the same bf% but i stopped growing since four months. I only gained like 0.5kg during this time.
Im eating 3000-3500 kcal with 200g of protein per day now. I started my bulk with 2500kcal/day and gradually increased it.
Training with an upper/lower split 5 times per week.

Since i dont want to add other compounds or increase the dose, what would be your suggestions for making further progress?
There must be many people with the same problem. So im curious for your experiences.

How much time would you guys allow between cycles? I know everyone’s body/gear dose has to be taken in account, but in general? Thanks!

I been told time on equals time off but I could be wrong. Time on plus pct equals time off. I have never had to do it because I was on TRT before I did anything. Probably someone who does cycle off completely can give you a better idea.

12 week cycle + pct = time off. Bloods before starting will be a better indicator.

I'd take some time off from the drugs. Not sure I'd bother with PCT, just see what your body does on its own to recover. This was an incredibly long time to run that much testosterone. Too many say (and I'll bit my tongue on associated topics) that 500mg test is a great beginner cycle. Which it is. But it's not without risks after 12-16 weeks. A year? You may have shut down your body. Take a break and get bloodwork done. Never rule out consulting a physician. Best wishes buddy, hope you didn't fry yourself.

Definitly run a full blown hard pct. Its most likely his natty levels are fried but at least give it a go. Going from a year cycle to 0 test will be a cliff of bad sides. Bad depression, muscle loss, lethargic etc. It would literally be like going from cycle to nothing emotionally. The bad things that let us know we needed trt.

What would you recommend for a standard PCT? For someone who runs cycles properly..

Click on your picture...Groups....first cycles group gas a ton of info. Definitly read a lot in here so your vision is clear. Were always here to help but have an understanding so the help is well planned

They will read, but too often the problem is they see see guys bitching about sources. Usually it's a shill beating up a source to promote one they're getting free drugs from. Soo... these guys get it into their head that the 500mg of test a week, plus whatever they're not being upfront about (orals make a difference) and have a fucked diet or workout plan. Meanwhile the test they thought was 200mgml, was actually closer to 300mgml. They sell real drugs here, and it's to be respected. Unless you want garbanzo bean balks like mine lol (happened before steroid use, benzodiazipines and ssri prescription from a Dr shit me off)

Too true! I learned the hard way to avoid sources full of drama. Learning curves...ugh! Lol! Wild west at times

Your body has climatized to 500mg Test per week, that's what has happened. You've basically run a beginner cycle for a year. The best thing to do would be to take a good break from gear in general and get bloodwork done to see the state of your organs such as liver enzyme levels, creatinine (kidneys)
blood haemoglobin. hemocrit and BP etc. Your levels will only be slightly elevated I predict as its only Test you have run. Get things normalised again and then when you cycle again add in NPP or Deca and you will see new growth over and above what you did on test only. You can eat all the amount of protein you want, but you will only see a certain level of anabolism just from test that allows it to be converted into muscle. Test isn't really that much of an anabolic on its own.

On cycle for year and gained 6 kilo. Sorry to break the bad news but that 6 kilo is due to glycogen loading and not muscle mass. Steroids cant build something from nothing. Eat like a bird and you will look like a bird. Your diet is clearly the issue here. You may feel great but what is really happening to you on the inside is likely a totally different story. On cycle for an entire year I am sure your bloodwork would tell a different story. You need to get off cycle, reboot your system and start over from scratch with the first step learning how to eat to build muscle. You are doing much more harm then good continuing on like you are.

No sides, doesn't mean your ok. 52 weeks on test 500mg is a long time. Get some bloodwork and research pct. You are going down a dangerous path especially at a young age.

KMC's picture

So many things wrong here.
1) You have been on a 500mg Test cycle for a year, (16 weeks is generally regarded as max)
2) Diet,....... how you gain weight at a daily maintenance calorie intake is beyond me. Try 5000 cal.

Generally, you don't know what your doing. So,........... STOP!!

And hit the gym hard these are not magic pills.

Order a PCT kit because I'm sure you don't have one.
