Is this a good Test to e2 ratio. 200mg test a week split into 2 injections and .25 arimidex on injection days. Stupid TRt clinic is trying to tell me they wanna increase to .5mg twice weekly!!!! Like wtf you expect good advice from a doctor and they just make you overthink everything

Your good bro, tell that TRT clinic to kick rocks lol Tbh you would probably be just fine with no Adex at all, and would sit around 60-70 PG/ML with your e2.

I figured as such, cause your not fat in your photos, and your Test levels look to be very close to mine. We are on the same dose of Test, and I'm always in the high 50's to low 60's with zero AI, and I feel great as well with zero issues of e2 sides.
How do you handle on higher cycles? I’m starting my first blast October 27th nothing crazy just 350 test lol I was gonna keep the same exact regimen I’m doing now regarding e2 and adjust accordingly after 10 week bloods

I feel absolutely amazing like no nipple sensitivity, no estrogenic effects, no water retention, and the crazy part is I told them that I’m feeling good and everything’s going well, and they still wanna double it for me being less than a year into my enhanced journey is just baffling because for my own anxiety, you would think having a doctor by your side would be helpful, but in reality I’m starting to realize they don’t know what they’re talking about
Bro, I feel best with E2 in the 50-60 range, and thats at a trt dose. No reason at all to add more AI. SOunds like they just want to get a little more money out of the deal. Supplier kickbacks and shit.
You have to self advocate, if you dont want it dont feel like you have to do wht they say. LIke you said, most these trt docs are either clueless or money grabbing.
Switching to daily micro dosing could lower your E2 if you feel so inclined, without changing the weekly doses
