ad
Just curious (Not Bi) if any of the Gyms over in the US have this feature yet where you have their APP installed on your phone that displays the current number of members in there using it? It's great if you want to avoid busy times and want to plan your visit when most people are Fucking Off!!! LMAO
I am going to propose to them that certain catagories should be added to this including numbers of the following groups:
- Fit Bitches
- Farting Pensioners
- Influencer Wannabe Dickheads
- People Actually Serious about their training
- Diry Slags up for a Fuck after the Gym .....

If I could just come train in your gym in the UK... you just have always given me such a good vibe. Youre a role model Press! You inspire alot of us!
LMAO!!!! But what if I train in a Gay gym - does that mean you won't cum????
Sorry Bro - but press is out of upvotes atm so if those kind words are for some Karma you're currently shit outta luck matey LMAO
Gay Gym- YMCA
Not the one in London
That one is Bi but very nice
A gay gym would be the best place. Those dude are in shape.
I love the gays. I just cant stand fags in the closet.
Agree
I want no hidden agender when some guy offers to spot me on the bench
Also just be honest about why you want to suck me off. Is it for gains or because you’re gay?
I just look out my window to my shop. If the light is on someone is in there. If it’s off no one is in there.
I bet this beats Planet Fatness anyday
@randomdude let's start a devo cover band.
I initially read that as Dio and my first thought was we only play Holy Diver on loop.
In all seriousness, Ronnie James Dio = one of the best rock singers of all times.
The Howard Jones/Killswitch Engage version is clearly better .....
I agree. I never liked Killswitch with the white (original) guy, dunno his name.
Absolutely pal, Howard easily made the Best version of Killswitch. When I first heard they had a Black singer I thought no way can that possibly sound right - But Jesus he was awesome!!! All my favourite albums were his.
I think he was an opera singer prior to being the lead singer of Killswitch
No, no he wasn't.
Ya I made that up
Wanker
Butthole
His name is Jesse and you better take that back.
No
Jesse is just a screaming Wanker lol Howard is melodic
I like them both. Saw them live with Howard back in the day.
NO WAY!!!!
Randomdude you are FULL of surprises lately LMAO
Which Album were they promoting at the time, what year? Honestly, before FFDP hit the Scene with their first album Killswitch were my favourite band from around 2000 onwards.
It was 2010. I remember that one because my younger brother went with me. The venue is split up into all ages and 21 and up. Had to slum it with the all ages crowd because of little bro.
Seen lots of metal bands over the years. Saw Tesseract from your side of the pond when they had that shit singer for one album.
So who was singing with them at that point - as that was the year Howard left wasn't it? Although I know he still occasionally performs with them to this day. I never knew he has also filled in with Trivium and 5FDP!!! Bet that was interesting to hear! I've tried to get into Light The Torch etc but it just ain't the same with Adam Killing it on the guitar - He is a Fuckin AWESOME Guitarist. Latest Killswitch stuff though is bloody shite IMO
Are there any decent Metalcore bands out there currently because I ain't heard any in years - I like the ones where there is still a good Melody and chorus and it ain't just constant screaming.
It was still Howard. Awesome show.
I still keep up with trivium. As far as newer stuff I’ve taken a liking to Sleep Token.
I mostly go back to my old favorites though. Soilwork. In Flames. Between the Buried and Me. Misery Signals. Every Time I Die. Protest the Hero. Slipknot. Ion Dissonance. Dillinger Escape Plan. Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza. The Human Abstract. All That Remains. As I Lay Dying. Lamb of God. Children of Bodom.
One of the last Metalcore bands I was really into was Any Given Day, check out 'Start Over' 'Saviour' and 'Endurance'
I was really into Unearth too - 'Shadows in the Light' 'Watch it Burn' ' The Fallen'
Hell yeah to Unearth.
Can I get a HELLLLL YEEAAAAAHHH!!!!!
Damn, bro got all the specialty bars, the good reverse hyper, and drums for cardio
Exactly!!! Is he some kind of Powerlifter in disguise or something??! Fucker never said anything about all this before now ....
I like to train like a powerlifter but I’m not powerlifter. Lol.
MMmmmmm - I'm keeping my eye on you, more to this than meets the eye .....
Hopefully he ain't one of them "crossfitters".
I swear any gay shit you see my wife uses.
A 'Closet Gay Powerlifter' then?
Only question I have is where's the Flat Bench?
EDIT: Just seen it dead ahead.
Lol. Something like that. I always preferred the training style of powerlifters and some strongman stuff.
I’ve said this before but I’m definitely not a bodybuilder. I find it boring and meticulous between diet and training.
For sure, there is something about wanting to get continually stronger thats addicting isn't there. Every session trying to add more weight or just a rep that keeps you wanting to progress and feeling satisfied - plus with strength comes muscle size, maybe not as much as continually striving for hypertrophy but its still there.
Agreed. Chasing adding another plate can be addicting.
It’s cool watching the big fellas put up big weight but I’ve always been more impressed by the lower weight classes putting up weight. Olympic weight lifting is also very impressive to me.
I was initially influenced by Johnny Candito, Alan Thrall, Matt Vincent, and some others to try powerlifting. Got into it before I ever was on any gear. I learned a lot about how food, sleep, and intensity can progress your lifts and change your body.
In all seriousness nice set up. I'm jealous of all those specialty bars.
Thanks. Started putting it together around 12 years ago. Built my first power rack out of 4x4’s. The lat pulldown is my dad’s from when he was a teen. Everything else I slowly bought over the years.
Recently sold some extra bars and bought that red deadlift bar.
Those are Wagon Wheel plates aren't they?
Yeah. My low back appreciates it when I pull from blocks. The wagon wheels are just kinda a 2 in 1. Usually keep them on my trap bar though.
Not a fan of rack pulls because they beat up the knurling on the bar and the liners on the safety arms.
Is this your own gym mate?
Indeed it is.
Only gym I’ve been to that had this feature was planet fitness, and it was always wrong lol
I propose a 1/5 combo
Then parking would be outright impossible.
