Syringes in Japan

Hello, I am moving to Okinawa for a year and I want to continue my bodybuilding journey while I am staying there. I would like to know how people obtain/dispose syringes there because I heard it's hard to do that without a prescription. Any advice will be appreciated, thank you!

Got a buddy living out in Japan and he says the bodybuilding scene is pretty damn small over there. Okinawa might be a different story with all the US military guys around though. I'd hit up a few hardcore gyms and ask around. Bet some of the local lifters know where to get

There's laws against Syringes and Needle purchases in Japan? I feel like being able to buy this stuff openly promotes good health hygiene, and Japan being Japan I thought would be all about that...huh weird stuff, learning something new everyday.
