+ 1 How to gain lean muscle on 500mg test?

ad

Hey guys,
I try to gain lean muscle since a year now using 500mg test/week. I will continue the test because i feel great on it without any sides.
I gained 6 kg at the same bf% but i stopped growing since four months. I only gained like 0.5kg during this time.
Im eating 3000-3500 kcal with 200g of protein per day now. I started my bulk with 2500kcal/day and gradually increased it.
Training with an upper/lower split 5 times per week.

Since i dont want to add other compounds or increase the dose, what would be your suggestions for making further progress?
There must be many people with the same problem. So im curious for your experiences.

I'd start by eat in a slight surplus ie 300 then adjust/increase every week if necessary probably working up to about 500 above possibly 1000 above

Why dpnt you want to add a compound

What does your complete diet look like? Carbs help transport protein so if u are looking to grow you must eat carbs . I know that for me i did 400mg /wk on a blast and i grew a bit, hardened up and got a bit leaner , however once i started eating MORE carbs i started to grow . On my pct i kept 6lbs . Been on trt for years and only recently did a pct to clean out my receptors because my trt dose only produces fair results and i figured it was time for a 6wk reset before a blast. I also feel that when i get in 2 meals or more and workout vs fasting w/o i grow more.

Proper diet even with beginner cycle should get you big results. Bloodwork for that year you've been on to see if you're healthy ahould be priority. Best of health to you

Never cycle longer than 12 weeks really not doing u any good tht eat correctly get 7/8 hours sleep a nite an a decent 6 months of the gear then run a new cycle test only is not tht good 4 big gains u will need another steriod alongside an u shud get good results

More food, or modifying your training?

When hitting a plateau, I always recommend switching something up. Either train more or less, eat more, sleep/recover more, or maybe try a new training split. I am a firm believer in shocking the body every once in awhile.

I think you missed a comma there.

I try to gain lean muscle since a year, now using 500mg test/week.

Your body has climatized to 500mg Test per week, that's what has happened. You've basically run a beginner cycle for a year. The best thing to do would be to take a good break from gear in general and get bloodwork done to see the state of your organs such as liver enzyme levels, creatinine (kidneys)
blood haemoglobin. hemocrit and BP etc. Your levels will only be slightly elevated I predict as its only Test you have run. Get things normalised again and then when you cycle again add in NPP or Deca and you will see new growth over and above what you did on test only. You can eat all the amount of protein you want, but you will only see a certain level of anabolism just from test that allows it to be converted into muscle. Test isn't really that much of an anabolic on its own.

On cycle for year and gained 6 kilo. Sorry to break the bad news but that 6 kilo is due to glycogen loading and not muscle mass. Steroids cant build something from nothing. Eat like a bird and you will look like a bird. Your diet is clearly the issue here. You may feel great but what is really happening to you on the inside is likely a totally different story. On cycle for an entire year I am sure your bloodwork would tell a different story. You need to get off cycle, reboot your system and start over from scratch with the first step learning how to eat to build muscle. You are doing much more harm then good continuing on like you are.

No sides, doesn't mean your ok. 52 weeks on test 500mg is a long time. Get some bloodwork and research pct. You are going down a dangerous path especially at a young age.

So many things wrong here.
1) You have been on a 500mg Test cycle for a year, (16 weeks is generally regarded as max)
2) Diet,....... how you gain weight at a daily maintenance calorie intake is beyond me. Try 5000 cal.

Generally, you don't know what your doing. So,........... STOP!!

And hit the gym hard these are not magic pills.

Order a PCT kit because I'm sure you don't have one.
