Tamoxifen as a PCT

For a 250mg/week test cyp cycle, would this dosage of tamoxifen be appropriate?
Weeks 1–2: 40 mg/day
Weeks 3–4: 20 mg/day

The PCT protocol is simple. Just depends on your goals. If you are coming off completely and don't expect to get back on. I'd do the ultimate trilogy.
I'm slamming HCG 2 weeks before coming off, and 2 weeks after, for a total of 4 weeks. The day I come off test, kick start Nolvadex and Clomid for 4-6 weeks.

Weeks 1-2: 100mg clomid /40mg nolva
Weeks 3-6: 50mg clomid / 20mg nolva
if im planning to get back on, should i not run hcg?

Oh yea? 100 different things? For the most standardized thing in this world of gear usage? I call bullshit. The only thing you’ll see different on a standard pct protocol is timing at which it starts due to half lives/metabolites of the compounds you are taking. If it was so vastly different you wouldn’t have UGLs selling all in one PCT pills with the same common ingredients.
Everyone may have "opinions" but the facts are the same. You shut down your natural production and when you stop exogenous you have to revive it as quick as possible with least loss as possible. That protocol is the minimum
Faster and stronger recovery with combination. You dont want to chance a rebound so better to take 600mg ibuprofen with 1000mg acetaminophen for a wisdom tooth extraction than just the acetaminophen
