vacuum seal

how important is the vacuum seal on vials. So far 3 of 3 vials in this kit have no vacuum. Should I be concerned. Reputable source from here, generic gh

Found this.. Hope it helps!
Vials not sucking in the water from syring when mixing (no vacuum) -
This is no indication of the quality of GH. This is due to the settings and capabilities of the equipment used when lyophilising the GH. When GH is lyophilised (freeze dried) the process that creates the vacuum in your vials is called 'stoppering under vacuum'.. basically when the GH is placed in the machine all the rubber stoppers are placed on top for the vials but not sealed. When they are lyophilised this is a vacuum freeze drying process so there is negative pressure inside the machine and vials. To trap that vacuum the trays that the vials sit on are all compressed on top of each other while still under vacuum. This seals each of the rubber stoppers on the vial and traps that negative pressure.. you now have a vial with a vacuum..
This process will make the product more temperature resistant.. but the end results between GH with a vacuum sealed vial and ones without is negligible really, unless exposed to drastic temperatures. The point of lyophilising is to stabilise the product anyway, it is actually quite resiliant until reconstituted. worry about the quality of GH, not the vacuum inside the vial..
Thanks bj for finding that. Id read a different article or post but seeing more than just 1 article is always better in my opinion. Reputable source. Wasnt to worried, more curious
AnonMy knowledge about HGH vials is pretty limited, so I don't know how important a vacuum seal is.
But I've had peptides and HCG vials that were vacuum sealed and pulled some or all the bac water in when reconstituted without pushing the plunger, and I've had peptides and HCG vials with no vacuum. Speaking from my experience with peptides and HCG I would say a vial not being vacuumed sealed doesn't mean it's bunk because I've had good peptides and HCG that weren't vacuum sealed.
I've read its not the end kf the world but like to hear from the guys
Does it say there should be a vaccum?
Maybe it is nitrogen filled?
There is nothing on the packaging about a seal or nitrogen. Ive heard it matters and that it doesn't. Curious on the communities opinion
Molinin302Now see, this is how I know I have a problem. My mind went right to potato chips when I read this. Then chips and dip. Then chips, dip, and a coca cola in a glass with ice. This is why I struggle for my cuts. Thanks bro.
Chips are downfall
Molinin302But so tasty, especially those kettle cooked ones...
