Heyo guys!
I got some HGH gray tops from ... drum roll, please... 5 years ago that I never used and have been in the fridge during every move next to my butter lol. Im about to get 99 comments about how did u have self-control around it and not take the kit etc lol. Anyways is it safe to use or completely ruined at this point? Just thought id reach out before I either throw it away or use it with a horror result.

I hear ya brother. I’m thinking generic is the way to go. I think it’s more inclined to be real gh. I’m not feeling to convinced on these Geno pens I’m seeing.
Man I have read a bit on HGH and came to the conclusion that it was to much money to justify its long term use. What do you guys think?? Is it something you all have seen great results with?
I feel its more for contest prep (around 6+ months prior, gradually increasing) or if you are older it helps. Overall, it does not increase muscle mass or lose fat as much as a good nutrition plan will. It is not worth the money to me
IF you are looking for muscle gains from it, look elsewhere. Looking for some long term fat control, pretty good, but very expensive way to go about it. If you are old as dirt like me and want to feel and look a little younger, GH is a no brainer. Young and spry, GH is probably not that big of a deal. If you have money to burn, why not use it on GH
And it keeps my toe nails growing

Safe to use, probably if not cloudy when reconstituting. Effective, not likely. HGH does degrade and you are likely just wasting pins and BAC using it.
If i was going to pin this. It would be in a spot noone could see but me. Incase you have to operate on it or something happens
I have used peptides that I discovered that waS hiding in the back of my fridge for multiple years, I thought they would be degraded. But turns out they still had the same kick as before. If you use Bac water, I would imagine it would be safe, But I am not a Dr. So don't listen to me. YOLO!
