I’ve been a quite satisfied regular client of Upsteroide since 2017 but during the last couple of years something changed: some products turn out not to be availble ALMOST AT EVERY ORDER, and only AFTER IT’S BEEN PAID AND CONFIRMED. This turns out in enormous delays (up to 4 months) in order to receive a replacing product for the missing brand, and I had to postpone my cycle schedules almost every time lately: very frustrating! But at least in the end I always got the products I had purchased, until last September they proposed me a brand change with 40% LESS QUANTITY owing to a higher price. Since the product issue is not the client’s responsability I think it should be managed and solved by the firm at their own expenses, alternatively products that are actually not available should not be sortable at all by purchasing: this is what I would call professionality. Offering 40% less quantity just because the replacement product is more expensive should not be an option and can certainly be defined an unfair commercial practice. Upsteroide used to be good but it’s not anymore and I don’t advise it to anybody. Moreover, I posted my complaint on Anabolex.com to Jayne Scott and the result was that I was censored and banned as spam (which I’m obviously not) without any possibility of objection. All my statements are accurate and verifiable, Anabolex is clearly not a free blog.
