Probably the wrong place for this, but here goes. I want to offer something I learned in the gym the other day.… It feels good to be encouraged!
The other day I was in the gym grinding out a PR on bench and some random guy walks by: "COME ON BIG DOG, YOU GOT IT."
Didn’t know your name. Doesn't matter. I got the rep.
Life lesson, Most people have heard plenty about what's wrong with them. Correction matters. But correction with no encouragement doesn’t bring out the best of people!
Iron sharpens iron. Be the guy who gets somebody one more rep.
I hope just one person reading this will encourage someone today!
