At what point should I notice anything beneficial?
I've been on HGH for two weeks now, other then nails and hair growing faster I haven't noticed anything.
I was doing 2 u.i 5 days on/2 days off. Upped it to 4 u.i. and slept well last night, although it could have been the combination of xanax and prozac which I was recently prescribed.
To be honest, I was expecting more energy, sense of well being, fat loss, maybe even more motivation and certainly better sleep. So far, I've had better results from taking RAD 140 or even Sustanon.
Also, no improvement whatsoever in healing my snapped tendons in both wrists. I dunno....last night after scrubbing the tub my hands hurt like hell.
No improvement "downstairs" either.
I know with HGH it's a marathon not a sprint but WHEN will I see anything positive??

I take gh and i get great sleep with very vivid dreams. I get good fat loose with it also I have the less aging look. If your into it for size try the blast method 10x3 a week. It's more for size then anti benefits.
prozac alone would ruin your sleep
Hi, Dorian Yates had no improvement with 4iu, but could break through with 8iu ed.
HGH is not a miracle maker at all, especially at low dosages. A nice 4iu per day dose will keep your skin looking nice, give you energy, and even some fat loss results; but unless you are 45+ years old, the results are not going to be all too obvious in the grand scheme of things.
HGH and insulin are essential in any top level competitive bodybuilder's arsenal, but the dose they run to achieve the noticeable muscle growth is likely high... And the results in muscle growth occur over spans of time as the new cells develop.
Dude your 2 weeks into hgh, you can run it for 2 years at 10ius ed of pharm grade and you won't build as much muscle as you would on a 12 week sustanon cycle. Hgh is not mass builder, it's not a miracle drug. It's the most over hyped drug on the planet. It's good for staying lean and fatloss recovery and anti aging. That's about it. I've ran big doses of it and small doses of it your better off putting that money towards quality gear and cleaning up your diet and adding some cardio. That will give you more fat loss then gh and give you energy and great "improvements down stairs.
But you'll notice the fat loss and other benefits soon, the guy below doesn't know what he's talking about it doesn't take 6 months for hgh to kick in. Takes about a month tops. But your expectations are way to high you will be very disappointed. And gh did nothing for any of my injuries.
@irongame427, thank you for this share! I know this comment is three months old as I type this, but still, I really appreciate learning all I can. Brother, you rock. +1
StevebHow do you feel about it being used in between cycles to try and keep gains made with steroids. That's what I used it for, and I used peptides with it as well.
That's the way to go, start it a few weeks before the cycle ends so igf-1 is fully peaked by the time you come off ( only takes about 2 weeks tops on doses less then 6ius) and run if till you next cycle. Losts of guys report it helps keep gains not to mention keep you lean.
lol i have about 5 months or more before u notice anything. i used hgh for a little over 2 months, and i just got tired of poking myself twice a day with something i wont even see benefits from for another 4 months AT LEAST!! peptides are my new interest, alotfaster acting results
Thanks for the honest answer! I was using CJC no DAC/with Ipam 5 mg before HGH as well as BC-157 and must say that I felt a LOT better on that. I will resume the BC-157, I was always in a good mood on that. And for the $$ peptides are a lot cheaper then 6 months on HGH.
