8ius gh a day to heal injury. Dose timing?
Ok a question for you guys regarding dosing to help heal injuries...
I've been on gh since July. I started with cheap generic crap which may not have been the best and about a week and a half ago I switched over to some quality gh that has been tested and past with great results by gorillafit. I've been taking 4ius a day and recently jumped to 6ius a day 5 days a week and 4ius a day the other 2 days a week. The reason for dropping to 4ius a day for the 2 days is purely to conserve on product die to finances. I don't believe in the old school way of taking off completely so I just drop my dose a little. However, I have 2 nagging injuries that don't prevent me from lifting but are sore and none the less bother me. I want them gone lol. I need to get rid of them so I can focus better in the gym.
I picked up a number of kits and decided this morning that I want to blast myself with 8ius a day to help heal some nagging soreness. I don't have a ton of money so I'm only looking to blast for 30 days and then drop back down to 4-6ius/ day. I also be running test and deca for the next 12 weeks.
My plan was to take 4ius before bed. For healing purposes does it matter when I take the other 4ius?
What do you guys suggest on timing?
My main issue that bothers me the most that I want healed is what my Dr. is calling an overuse injury and is as following:
I have a quad pain located about 2" above my patella (knee cap) and on the edge of my teardrop part of my quad toward the middle of leg. So if I draw a line that starts on the inside edge of my patella up my leg 2" above the top line of my patella my quad is sore right there. I can press with my thumb and find it. I can also feel it when walking up stairs and doing squats. I can still do squats and the more blood that enters my leg during my warm ups it feels a little better but doesn't go away. Its like a burning pain feeling mot a sharp pain. During normal walking I don't feel it unless its after a leg day then I can feel it. I never tore anything. It just showed up one day. It's been nagging me for 2 months now. I spoke to my dr. And she said its probably an overuse injury. She advised me not to do leg extension but squat are fine just don't let my knees go over my toes. It really doesnt bother me during leg extensions though. Either way she doesn't think it's torn or damaged other then overuse. Whatever to me it's a pain in the ass and it takes my focus away from my squat and puts it on my knee. I still go relatively heavy but nothing major. Yesterday I was able to squat 335 for 7 but today it's sore. I'm tiered of it. Not sure if its part of a tendon attachment at my knee or some type of joint issue. Although my knees in general are fine and I never experienced any joint issues before so I'm not sure what this is other then a pain in the ass. I want to resolve it so I can refocus and squat with out pain.
When should I dose the other 4ius? In the morning? Pre work out or post? When on off days?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Personally I don't see a huge amount of value in running it that high for what you're trying to achieve, I'd invest the money into tb500 instead and run the gh at 2-4ius/day longer term.
If you need any help / info on it, feel free to drop me a line.
AnonI had tried TB500 in the past and didn't get much from it. Most likely because finding a source that has legit tb500 isn't easy. I tried 3 different places and ran it for several months during the summer for a different injury and nothing spectacular from it...
It's fairly expensive to produce, so highly likely there's lots if BS tb500 around the market.
