Endurance cycle for a cyclist
Hey there all. I am a road cyclist about to do my second cycle. I weigh 145lbs and am mostly muscle. Id say 8% BF. So for this cycle I intended on using anavar, halotestin, IGF-1 LR-3, and In a month HGH. I have used Var before for endurance at 50mg daily and had no problems with the pumps and suffered no negative effects on my endurance capacity. So its not a worry of mine like people think it generally should be.
My cycle was going to look something like this:
Anavar 50mg daily/6 weeks
Halotestin 15mg daily/5-6 weeks
IGF-1 20mg daily/ 6 weeks
and in about 3-4 weeks Ill start doing HGH at 5iu daily for 4 months.
Any thoughts and advice would be much appreciated. Remember I am no body builder so have no need for heavy duty anything.
I am here to learn however. Throw your knowledge at me... =]

AnonThanks for the advice peeps. As far as EPO... It is a feat much easier said than done. I am not horrified of it as others are, but I do not want to go down that route without proper training or medical consulting. It is however at the top of the list if I can proceed in the right manner. I don't want to unless someone experienced is helping. aas are of use to cyclists for many reasons. Not looking to bulk, but the recovery time, the lean muscle mass, and increase in hematocrit are all great. I would not to anadrol for instance. Winny is just evil on the joints... Fish oil never helped either =,( . If there is anyone one with experience in EPO that can guide me through the act as cautiously as possible Id love to hear from ya. I also like the Primo route too. I looked into that before once but never proceeded.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkI would use EQ at 600 mg. 125-250 test ew + var.
id go with EPO instead of aas if i was cyclist
boldenone would be good for endurance due to increased red blood cell count if you had your heart set on aas
remember to throw a trt dose of test in there... id use more but i imagine extra bulk is a negative for a road cyclist
good luck
sgtstedankoOne or the other... No to halo & var, brother; especially at the same time. Get lots of blood work done up, before, during & after if you do. I can feel halo in my liver, & var in my kidneys just thinking about it. I wouldn't think halo to suit your needs, anyway. How about EQ, w/a little test? Or maybe just look in the direction of winny tabs? That would be a better fit for you. Imo... If you're looking for a little help. Take beet root powder, & Korean red panax ginseng w/ON essential amino energy blend, mixed w/creatine hydrochloride.
AnonGreat dude, Thanks for the advice. I wasn't too sure about the Halo myself actually. SOmeone just recommended I add It in so I said Id give It a try. I do had Liver protection that I'll be taking alongside it as well. I don't really want to go the road of winny due to joint pain. It is a major problem that Ive had in the past. Ill look into those supplement today too. Thanks for those. Ive read about beet root powder. Ive never heard go the ginseng or the amino blend though. I was interested in doing test, Ive read a few places that it is the most recommended for endurance. But there are so many varying ideas about dosage that it just made me say forget it. 100mg-200mg-250-300mg. Its always differing. I figured Id just unless I could pin point the amount that yields the least sides and was actually beneficial for endurance that Id go another route.

I really like Halo, winny (lots of dudes seem to get hurt w/winny though), & var! Separately. I think the hurting themselves aspect is more of them not knowing your body's limits, or maybe improper form, too much intensity, and less the winny aspect. That said, if you have bad joints, tendons, any pre existing pain, do not use winny AT ALL! Knowing when to slow it down, etc, is still most important... But honestly, I tend to take halo, and some other natty herbs & things {listed earlier} just for the added strength, focus & mentality aspect, before we head out for the night... They say It's pretty bad for you though. But I haven't noticed it being as such (through blood work). I don't know what the proper dose of test would be for a long distance cyclist. It's my opinion that the min would be E or C @ 200-350 per week, maybe double that in EQ dose. As for doses for least sides. It varies person to person. Some guys are naturally tolerant of certain substances & some just aren't. I would say start low, and slowly ladder your way up... I always thought you bikers ran hgh, peptides, and/or just blood doped anyway : ) There is a lounge for endurance athletes and such in the forum {towards the bottom} Some dudes in there could prob help as well. Research, research, research... KMI
