+ 2 Reta nausea

ad

Ok guys jus trying to see if others have had this issue and if you have any pointers z So I have been taking Retatrutide since July. I started with 0.5 mg a week and had zero appetite for a month then I started noticing a little hunger on injection day then I upped it to 0.5mg 2x a week ran that for a month. Now fast forward to today iv been at 3mg once week dosage since October. Not until just recently have I noticed that on injection day I wake up nauseous and ill take my shot and like 4 hrs later im feeling better.

I’m well aware it’s a common side effect; I just found it strange that I have had zero sides until now. I’m wondering if it’s a build up of Reta in my system or is it almost like a withdrawal symptom. I did read that hydration and small bland meals plays a large part because your body’s digestion is slowed down but that’s why it’s confusing to me because I would think towards the end of the week it would be out of your system and you Mr body would be closer to “normal” for lack of better word.

But at the end of the day this shit really is unreal. I lost my fitness way from another neck/back issue that put me out of the gym for a year and with that came pain depression and eating like shit I got fat was sitting at 265 immobile as fuck so I got Reta and now I am at 210 with no working out. So that’s fucking impressive.

And now that we just welcomed in our baby girl to this scary fucking world I need to get back full swing so I can protect these children man.

Ever since I upped my EQ and added tren the Reta isn’t hitting with appetite suppression as well

Try stacking it with a bit of Cagrilintide or Tirzepatide … that’ll take care of the appetite suppression real quick.
Reta is solid, but because of the glucagon activity, it doesn’t hit that full shutdown appetite effect like the others do.

I've never had much suppression with reta. It works, but kind of in the background. I think @shredski is a super responder. Lucky guy.

Also congrats on your new kiddo buddy!

I’ve heard that from more than one person before. Most of them say Tirz is what works wonders for suppression. But yeah I’ll take my luck here for sure

And thank you, being a dad was the greatest gift ever given to me and then now being a girl dad I didn’t even know this kind of love existed man it’s wild.

Only at first because I titrated up too fast. That was like the second dose two months ago. I went up slower and never had nausea again. Nausea is like the worst side effect one can get, it will ruin you whole day. I’m at 3.5 mg per week and absolutely love this compound, feel great and have lost over 25 lb so far. Good luck

I'm not sure I know on Semaglutide it was teribble. I felt so shitty.. I started on 1mg Reta now and am on 2.5mg now and I don't have near the nausea or gross terrible feeling as I did on Sema. That shit was legit terrible and I am not one to bitch and moan about pain or not feeling good but my stomach hurt so badly and I felt like dogshit on like 0.5mg to 1mg of Sema but I haven't had really any of those sides on Reta.

I started typing a response and the just realized what might’ve going on. I was rockin .5mg at 265lbs and slowly went up now I’m 210lbs a year later maybe I should try dropping the dose I might not need that amount with my weight.

I mean it really just depends on how you get used to it, I know people who were 265 taking 12mg of reta a week and lost a fuck ton like almost 100 lbs. I can't even imagine taking that much. I just started 2.5mg and it's been okay so far, nothing like it was on even .5mg of Sema, that shit is terrible.

Yeah when was looking at all the studies prior to taking it I kept seeing them using 12mg as the standard dosage the were showing 100% results for weight loss which is unheard of but I almost didn’t get it cause how the fuck would I afford that shit but glad I did my due diligence and started at the .5

I Started 2 weeks ago, and have been nauseas ever since. I started too high and went up the 2nd pin. I dropped back down to 2mg this week since i've felt like i had the flu on and off 24/7 since. I've lost alot of weight but hfs, wish i listened to others on here and started lower. I've been so cranky, hard to enjoy things when you're sick nonstop. Promethazine workes wonders for the nausea though.
Good shit on the progress though man, reta is phenomenal peptide. Ginger and Dramamine will also help you out

Thank you man the progress has been consistent thanks to a lil help from some amazing compounds.

And it’s funny u say promethazine cause I had a little cough so I took cough meds and it relieved the nausea but never put that together

And I got those ginger hard candies didn’t even think about eating one of them thanks.

I think that is normal , even if you didn’t have any side effects at the beginning, the body can react differently over time. Staying well hydrated, eating less fat food this can help.

Also, What I hear from others users, it seems that after about 5–6 weeks, many people start to experience skin sensitivity, where the skin can feel painful to the touch or Shower. For some, this persists, while for others it goes away after a couple of weeks.

I’ve been using it for 5 weeks so far. What I’ve noticed is more headaches on the second day after the injection. After increasing my water and raw salt intake together, it gets better. I started wit 0.5mg and I’m currently taking 2 mg and plan to stay at this dose, as I don’t want to completely suppress my appetite. I still want to eat enough protein.

My pops had the sensitive skin issue but he didn’t listen to me about dosing and just jumped from .5mg to 3mg so he hoped off. Some people just don’t want to listen.

And when u say eat less fat food are you talking about fatty foods or the fat fuck deluxe I use to get when I was doing dirty bulks in my 20s?

Hmmm I wonder if we take the shot a day early if it would disappear like take it every 6 days or if we split dosage to twice weekly injections
