+ 1 Trt

ad

I have been on trt for a year now and it has changed my life for the better. I just wanted to get some feedback on some of the common misconceptions about testosterone replacement therapy and how can we educate others about its benefits and risks.. I have a few friends looking to get on trt and I really want to educate myself in order to help them decide if trt is the right choice for them. Thanks in advance.

Personally I think if you're in your 40s/50s and above, unless You've got a medical condition that might be negatively impacted by testosterone, there arent many reasons not to do it. If you're hypogonadal, there's help. If you look up symptoms of low t, the first ones are anxiety and depression. When we as a culture get our heads out of Big Pharmas ass's, everyone will be on trt. It can really improve people's quality of life. People may roll their eyes but suffering is a good word to use. It can make such a difference. There are studies that show low t can cause diseases in later life. I think it's silly to not take advantage of the technology/medicine we have available today. Big pharma doesn't want people on trt bc people change their lifestyles for the better, developed healthier habits, end up not needing all the other drugs their pushing.

If you do it under a doctor's supervision, I believe the risk is very low. Almost non existent. Plenty of benefits, risk vs reward it's a no brainer. Risks would be feeling better, and wanting to feel even more better and taking more and more. Abusing it. If you're using pharma grade gear and injecting it properly, there's not much risk. You run the risk of having to do it for the rest of your life if you decided you wanted to stop. This is just my experience. I'm sure other people have bad experiences but I'm 100% pro hrt bc i give it credit for improving my quality of life immensely
