Because of that I now have loose skin on my midsection and it’s pissing me off! Maybe one day I can get a surgery to get it all cut off.
Or maybe I just need to develop my midsection more?
I too have a bit of a skin flap on my lower abs. Got fat as fuck after my Iraq injuries and cheating wife, then had to work it all back off.
But let me ask, how old are you? I’m 46 and have been back and forth about skin surgery for 10 years. But guess what, the bigger more jacked you get, the less people even notice that shit. Not trying to preach, just trying to say keep blasting LMAO

Every time I take my shirt off around people who know me they never mention the skin flap, but just make remarks at how much muscle I have, so I do think your right about that.
Thanks man, that loose skin is like badge of honor. I don’t think I could ever count the number of people that say they’re losing weight and never get anywhere because they have nothing but excuses.
I think most people who are working out are just only ever working on losing weight, a lot of times they don’t get to the good parts.

Yea I try not to compare too much, the worst is when I think about my 20’s when I did half the work and got twice the results.
